As a health coach, he's been coaching for several years and was featured on Time Warner's Get Fit. He's helped hundreds of individuals not only burn fat and build muscle, but also create a healthy active lifestyle so that people no longer have to yo-yo.
He's recognized for his zen style leadership. Combine that with his passionate vision of guiding others to become their best selves, gives him an authority when it comes to personal transformation. Whether it be through dance or fitness classes, he coaches individuals to gain the confidence they seek and get they results they never thought was possible.

"Why so farrrr????"
1. Because there are already videos scheduled. I post K-Pop reaction videos on Monday and Wednesday only. This gives me an opportunity to share the other content i'm passionate about for this channel.
2. Releasing content like this allows me to keep the channel consistent and focus on other projects other than trying to keep a daily youtube schedule since I run two businesses. 3. Traditional studios and movies promote their content months in advance prior to the premiere to help build anticipation. The public already knows the date of when these movies are coming out. I know I'm no big-time studio, but why can't I take a similar approach to my content?

ITZY is one of the best girlgroup dancers in kpop. Their choreos intricacies, synchronisation are unmatched and dancing a hard choreo while maintaining their live vocals and facial expressions is no joke.

Aww you're right about the knee's hurting. She looks so elegant doing it too. They had to change that part of the chereo because the girl, Lia, has weaker knees ;(
The only girl group that have five main Dancers i hope you will react to their other mv or dance practice songs.
