I have the Gen 1 Sixshot my late mum bought for me in 1992. My brother broke its right arm 4 years later :( Still have it and my 1994's Optimus Prime with me though. I am so gonna try convincing my wife to let me buy this after 25 years. This will be a worthy upgrade to my original Sixshot

Ok this by far the best 3P of Sixshot I have seen! All mode look great whereby other 3P had one mode look stronger than the others! Also the spaceship mode is more streamline whereby the other made the front part look too chunky! That being said, I ain't buying this one any time soon! Way too expensive for my liking!
robot mode looks cool but problem is, when you want to have multiple transformation modes, usually none of them is streamlined, and they mostly look like a mess.
Solid review mate.....been waiting for a proper MP Sixshot I believe this is it! I love the oversized hands which looks similar to Gundam I like the over exaggerated aesthetics really makes a difference when displaying.....to bad you sold off most of your IDW action...................quick question for GCreation action. I returned Generation Toys IDW Prime as I was not happy with floppiness and dead eyes................if I were to only display in robot mode and never Transform do you still recommend GCreation IDW Prime?
I don't see how his space jet mode is any less a "bent over robot with his wings extended" than any other versions were, but I never thought any version looked that way in jet mode anyway. I pretty much hate the "car" mode. Sixshot always had a weak but passable at best cybertronian car mode but this thing... Nope. If you could actually see wheels in the front, even if he had 6 visible wheels, I think I'd call it okay. The only mode I like as much or more than other versions is his robot mode, but he's too big to fit in any of my collections. I'm a Huge Sixshot fan. He's my favorite Transformer ever, but I can easily pass on this one. Thanks for the nice review.

Is the plastic the same as they used with their Dinobot combiner team? One thing I don't like is they don't put any detail on some bits, like the back of the chest flaps. Zero detail. It is just so jarring.
Man, we've gotten sooooo many Sixshot figures from so many 3rd party companies, shoot, even one from Hasbro in Titans Return. Which would you say is the best, definitive one? 🤔
G1 Smokescreen I personally still likes Clonedroid KO of MMC Terminus Hexatron just because its very cheap, came with shitload of weapons, very playable without the fear of breaking anything and the turquoise blue really works for me since i never likes G1 Sixshot's green colour.

Hey man, sorry for bothering you, but I could really use some help deciding which MP’s/3P’s figures I should pick up. I found: MMC Sphinx, Toyworld’s Coolsville, Fanstoys’ Koot, MP Inferno, MP SG Prime, MP12+, MP Sunstreaker. I also found, Maketoys’ Howling Meteor, DX9’s Mightron, Cloud9’s Quakeblast, THF’s Soundwave, THF’s Dynastron... A lot of figures I would want, but I can only afford a few. Which ones of those are your favorites?
Bluestreakz wow that’s an awesome list , THF figures are cheap and easily on par with the official ones so I would def get soundwave and megs by them, MMC Sphinx is stunning (one of my all time faves) the howling meteor series does look good but I don’t know if they are that much better than the Yes Model KO MP11 series. Koot does look amazing and he’s on my to buy list but I don’t have any hands on experience with him. Official figures are all amazing especially inferno in my option and the lambo figures (if you are on a tight budget a majority of those have been knocked off)

I think I’m gonna start collecting the Bots first, because those are cheaper than the Cons, al though I would really like to have a THF Soundwave, since it has six cassettes, and isn’t really expensive. I already have a G2 Sideswipe, but that just doesn’t fit in my collection, because I like to collect the G1 Bots more.. So I might just sell that to buy a regular MP12 on eBay. I’m definitely gonna pick up that Sphinx now! I think it looks amazing, but I just wasn’t sure yet..Thanks again! I’m kinda a noob on collecting Masterpieces.. So your opinions really helped!
Shuraking Dino That’s really bad. Luckily I never bought a transformer that was broken. Al though I do have some Transformers with some minor problems. Like the upper leg part of my Combiner Wars Defensor doesn’t slide in. That kinda things... But no figure is perfect

Anyways, I think I’m going to get a Sphinx and a THF Megatron.. Or maybe a Toyworld Coolsville. I will skip on the Koot, because I think collecting the G1 season 1&2 figures is better, because I just began collecting MP’s.

While you can now call him 8shot. Its not as good of a name as Sixshot, so he kept it as Sixshot.
I'm so glad he doesn't have an extremely complex transformation like Ultra Maxmus

Eh... Looks kinda flimsy. The waist and hips are not taking the weight of the legs well (at least on your sample).
