- "Where's Judgment???" As I've mentioned in the description of my previous video, I am in the process of crafting a new PC which will be able to run Judgment on max settings in 60FPS unlike this one which gets 40-50 when I'm recording, and I am definitely not gonna limit Judgment to 30FPS for the sake of uploading something.
So to make up for it, I completely disregarded playing safe in this video (and hopefully future ones) in order to make the most fluid, stylish and aggressive gameplay of it.
No, I am not redoing bosses. Only long battles and eventually bouncer missions which have been waiting for me anyway. Stay tuned!

The fact that most of you think that whiffing your light attakcks and dodging 1 or 2 non-telegraphed enemy attacks makes for a fun system is the reason this series didn't have a single instance of good combat in a decade and a half
But Yakuza Kiwami 2's combat is one of the most hated systems in the series? Also Judgement and Lost Judgement exist?? And "decade and a half" includes 5 and Kiwami too which are amazing games???
@pqrst-amp Yes, those exist, and yes, those suck too. Although, the speed, attack and resistance buffs you get from the different styles is a great idea, but at it's core, it's the same terrible combat from 2005. As for 5 and Kiwami, they're both completely horrible. Especially Kiwami since the enemies are exactly the same as they were designed in 2005 for the ps2. Even if Kiryu moves much better, it doesn't do much for the overall system when the enemies are still stupid and awkward to fight against

A bit late maybe but Yakuza 5 combat is pretty widely disliked by anyone who's tried to learn it past mashing their controller through every fight.
