Very true! Fasting changed something in my body. I became so humble, spiritual, and simple the more often I fasted. I stopped all addictions! I am changed forever. Nowadays, I don't even care about materials and things of this world. I just want to obey God and I pray daily. I love God!

I have 5 children, 1 has never been in any kind of church, 2 are living for God and the other two are basically backslidden. One of my children prayed for the Holy Ghost for 10 years and he said he got tired of praying, and gave up. I have promises from God that He is going to save my children, but what I am asking is, should I wait on God to tell me when to fast for them, will fasting shorten the time it takes for them to come back.??? Josh, I had a nightmare,a month ago. I never have nightmares.It was a man telling me, that I had to have sex, with a certain man or the man in the dream, would kill me. It scared me very bad.Ive been in a HARD trial. And failed horrible. But, Ive come back and won too. Ive also seen a demon in my church, but never told anyone.It was a demon of " causing trouble". God also gave me a vision of a building, where I could hold church.
About a week after I fasted, a demon came into my room trying to take me with them and the demon looked almost similar to what this pastor described. All black but with no head. I kept saying you're not gonna take my birth right, youre not gonna take my birth right as it was pulling me. Geez! Thank you Jesus!
Yes, the shadow people, thin man or demons are all one in the same; the evil angels who left their first estate. Often they attack us. Sometimes in other people, circumstances, events or in our sleep (with dreams, choking -old hag- ect). If the demon persists then use worship, praise or prayer and ask God's shielding and guidance as He knows how to protect and defend; no weapon formed can prosper against our God.
