I am not surprised this happened, His customer service is none existent. I think they assemble the scoop box's in advance, and then grab one and chuck it into an order. My personal opinion is I dont think his stuff is made in the USA either. Love you Christine 🥰
The way things are packaged looks straight from Ali Express. I've been thinking they aren't made here either. I can see it being "designed in the USA and Made in China" like an iPhone. 😂

Enailcouture has wonderful products. I've seen some nightmare complaints about their customer service. I've only ordered them through amazon but honestly I've only ordered their gummy jelly and shine-e. Hey the only way they learn is if people stop giving their money to them but they bank on their popularity. For you, I'd say stop giving them money. They honestly don't care about you as a returning customer so why stay loyal? Well hopefully however you handle it, hope you won't have to deal with this every again. Love you!!! 💚💚💚

I used to order from this company a lot too but then I started having issues with the packaging with products leaking and being almost empty, when I contacted customer service I pretty much got the same response and treatment as you. Besides having to have great products, the next best thing you have to have is an amazing customer service unit. No matter how great the products are, a business can go to 💩 just based on the treatment of the customer. People don't realize how expensive it can get buying nail products ( I could probably almost buy a brand new car outright.. lol) Sorry you had that experience, but I love your videos and how honest you are about products & experiences. ❤

I just had to comment when I saw yours. I ordered from them a few times now. The 1st super scoop I got, I was ok with, but I got one of those kitty flashlight things, which I was happy about. I opened it to put batteries in, and this little silver metal piece literally fell out, into my hands. So that was that. It's broken and arrived that way. After going back and forth, my experience was like many others I've seen and read, but they actually told me to file an insurance claim because they inspect every single item before shipping. Like yep, I bet. I'm not picky or argumentative, but that really irritated me. There's no way the USPS somehow managed to get through the big box, and all the stuff in it, to reach the actual inside of the flashlight, that was also in another box. I didn't ask for a refund and I know a mystery box is a mystery, but it's not ok to send broken or bad items and then say "items are as sold". A working light would've done just fine. Like really? 😂
I got over 20 bags of tips. Some I received 4 or 5 bags of the same… wasn’t happy about it but it was still worth my $20! I can’t complain for $20. We were lucky he did that, he didn’t have to.i don’t understand why the companies put different prices n the receipt than what we paid! I just did a Sweetie Nail Supply and my receipt was way different than what I paid

I bought a scoop and I wasn’t very happy either I seen lots a videos and lives he did packing the scoops that looked amazing but I got all press on and a few flowers I was very unhappy with my scoop

Oh jeeze, it would really annoy me too if I bought a collection and the packaging was unintentionally mismatched 😮💨 I was really liking my Enail products until my super scoop that was a bit of a disaster 😅 Thanks for sharing and being honest! The whole customs situation is a disaster, and they should definitely be reimbursing for that. Their CS needs work which is something I've heard and the reason I kind of stopped doing Enail hauls.

The thing that makes me mad Is that call it a "mystery scoop" but they are not scooping then anymore. They are making every box close to the same. They are selecting them by hand instead of using a box to scoop them so that people get things at random The products differ slightly but If you order more than one scoop you would see what I mean. Both of my boxes were exactly the same except for the colors of the gels. I got duplicates of almost everything in my box and it was very lackluster. I didn't get any acrylic so I didn't get a white.I didn't get any of those good gels.I didn't get glitters. It was very sad and I only got eight bags of nails between both boxes.

I had a similar issue with import tax etc, they said it’s the total price of the goods been imported and not technically how much you spend in pounds, for example I spent $127 ( £100 ) with madam glam to qualify for a free lamp, but the package lists my order plus the the lamp at $150 so I had to pay import tax as did Tracy my bestie, we were fuming too, hope that makes sense, I also laugh when losing my shit 😂 tyfs ❤❤🥰🥰

I have bought ALOT of scoops from enailcouture like 10 including a color scoop and a super scoop. The last two were not good. The first of the two was really little but the last one I received was half the box of the previous one! 4 small bubble gum gel, 2 stickers, 4 small gel tubes, a magnetic stick and 2 things of nails. I was SHOCKED! Anyone know of anywhere else that is selling scoops??
I got stung for 78 to get my parcel it was my first and last order from him . Being on benefits you can imagine what a blow that was my order came to 126ish with shipping the customer service was just as bad with me too 😮

I only order from them for very specific sales or items, and I never pay full price. Sometimes I add things to my online cart and leave them there, after a bit I usually get a text offering me a 30% discount code and then I purchase. I refuse to pay full price for items made in China that I KNOW cost them little to nothing to make. I’m glad I bought the $20 scoops when they were new because they were 2-3 times the size they are now.

Well, Young Nails has distributor in the UK. They sell fake nails & gel to adhere them. Try their gel w/ EnailC's nails. There's also, Naio Nails, Kirsty Meakin, NSI to use. all in the UK. Sorry for the crap u had to go through

Girl when they did the mystery boxes it was FULL of OLD stuff!!!! I called customer service of course that was a no go. I went into his live and got called his normal ‘koo koo for cocoa puffs’ and tried to dispute it thru PayPal and they said no cause they claim is wasn’t deceptive even THOUGH I did my homework and researched all the labels and gave them dates. I will NEVER buy from them!!! PERIOD!!! There’s also another BIG YT’er that had a falling out with him but now she’s getting ALOT of products so she took all those videos down! I bought a scoop and I wasn’t very happy either I seen lots a videos and lives he did packing the scoops that looked amazing but I got all press on and a few flowers I was very unhappy with my scoop

Oh jeeze, it would really annoy me too if I bought a collection and the packaging was unintentionally mismatched 😮💨 I was really liking my Enail products until my super scoop that was a bit of a disaster 😅 Thanks for sharing and being honest! The whole customs situation is a disaster, and they should definitely be reimbursing for that. Their CS needs work which is something I've heard and the reason I kind of stopped doing Enail hauls.

The thing that makes me mad Is that call it a "mystery scoop" but they are not scooping then anymore. They are making every box close to the same. They are selecting them by hand instead of using a box to scoop them so that people get things at random The products differ slightly but If you order more than one scoop you would see what I mean. Both of my boxes were exactly the same except for the colors of the gels. I got duplicates of almost everything in my box and it was very lackluster. I didn't get any acrylic so I didn't get a white.I didn't get any of those good gels.I didn't get glitters. It was very sad and I only got eight bags of nails between both boxes.

I had a similar issue with import tax etc, they said it’s the total price of the goods been imported and not technically how much you spend in pounds, for example I spent $127 ( £100 ) with madam glam to qualify for a free lamp, but the package lists my order plus the the lamp at $150 so I had to pay import tax as did Tracy my bestie, we were fuming too, hope that makes sense, I also laugh when losing my shit 😂 tyfs ❤❤🥰🥰

I have bought ALOT of scoops from enailcouture like 10 including a color scoop and a super scoop. The last two were not good. The first of the two was really little but the last one I received was half the box of the previous one! 4 small bubble gum gel, 2 stickers, 4 small gel tubes, a magnetic stick and 2 things of nails. I was SHOCKED! Anyone know of anywhere else that is selling scoops??
I got stung for 78 to get my parcel it was my first and last order from him . Being on benefits you can imagine what a blow that was my order came to 126ish with shipping the customer service was just as bad with me too 😮

I only order from them for very specific sales or items, and I never pay full price. Sometimes I add things to my online cart and leave them there, after a bit I usually get a text offering me a 30% discount code and then I purchase. I refuse to pay full price for items made in China that I KNOW cost them little to nothing to make. I’m glad I bought the $20 scoops when they were new because they were 2-3 times the size they are now.

Girl when they did the mystery boxes it was FULL of OLD stuff!!!! I called customer service of course that was a no go. I went into his live and got called his normal ‘koo koo for cocoa puffs’ and tried to dispute it thru PayPal and they said no cause they claim is wasn’t deceptive even THOUGH I did my homework and researched all the labels and gave them dates. I will NEVER buy from them!!! PERIOD!!!
There’s also another BIG YT’er that had a falling out with him but now she’s getting ALOT of products so she took all those videos down!
