Milling Project in Mecca

To nourish the millions of pilgrims coming to Mecca, the religious center of the islamic world, a food complex was built. In the Arabian Desert, Bühler built a flour mill from the ground up for the Saudi Arabian Grain Organization (SAGO).
This mill complex, with an output of 1,200 tons of flour per day, is a benchmark for Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
