I am an architect, this is not luxury, you have been tricked, its just a bunch of high rise units crammed together, very basic design in concrete, not very expensive to construct. The mansions are all the same floor plan and facade also very cheap construction based on the USA suburban model of development that is now failing in the real estate market there!!!
