It is a beautiful specimen of solifugo tarantula kat, you always brighten my days with your content, you have inspired me to continue my biology career specializing in arachnids
My curly hair that I’ve had for almost 2 years, has burrowed and molted three times, all times being up against the glass lol. I think she knows I stress about her health so she wants to make sure I can see her (obv not she’s a spider but)
my curly hair did the same twice, although i can only see the entrance as she tunneled into the other side of the enclosure and made it like her own hidden room lol
another awesome Kat video! I am still learning to like camel spiders, I would probably like one better in an enclosure as opposed to in my backyard. I've only seen 2 here but when I saw the first one I didn't know we had them in Las Vegas NV. At least the ones here are small compared to the videos I've seen of them in the Middle East.
@@Julionumber7they only chase you for your shadow. If you stand still they won't chase you, they will stop at your shade and stay there. And if you walk near a bush, they will launch to bush instead as that's shade that won't move.

The invert community just seems to be close. Likely he breed spiders had too many spiders to look after and decided to send some out, some people also send spiders for breeding purposes
i just recently found out that we had solifugae in metro colorado! it was one of the scariest moments ive had with a spider in a very long time. *storytime* my siblings and i were sitting in a park at night here in the foothills of metro colorado and all of a sudden, my sister (who is terrified of every bug except rollies) starts freaking out and something is crawling freakishly fast around her butt. she stands and runs and the thing starts gunning right towards me so in reaction i squashed it (kinda sad but that thing was faster than any other spider i've ever seen in colorado before and it felt like a horror movie monster was crawling towards me). afterwards, we shine a light on it and i was so surprised to find that it was a 2 inch solifugae. they're attracted to heat so i can't blame him for wanting to be around my sister... as she is filled with hot gas. ❤ anyways love u Kat!!
Not really, different leg placement, different colours, different eye placement, 1s clearly a huntsman, 1 looks more like a crab spiders (which is kinda ironic given that huntsmans are sometimes called giant crab spiders, even if that's a entirely different species)
Trap door spiders are my kids FAVORITE! MY 8 Y.O and 4 y.o are OBSESSED

Its so awesome that one if the spider made its burrow against the glass!! Easy to check up on it lol

Damn, I almost want to live in these enclosures myself. Looks amazing
I LOVE THEM
That's amazing. Girl you rock at raising these spiders ❤❤❤
Awesomeness!🕷💞💞💞🕷
nice enclosures!!!!
Tarantula cribs are amazing, love their stuff.
These are NOT trapdoor spiders - they are solifugids. Trapdoors spiders make tunnels with trapdoors. I just bought one.
That hourglass trapper spider don't make some sound
I put him in the bedroom and he disappeared I don't know where
Is that the Pallet Town music behind you?
They don't know any different. A wild one would lose it's spirit.
Nobody gonna mention the human skull she probably feed to her mutated spiders in her basement?
I just got one of these Egyptian huntsmans today.
Hey Kat 👋 I was wondering how often should we change the substrate in our T enclosure?
Not a fan of spiders but they eat mosquitoes so I'm good.
What is the best place to sell a jumping spider
Camel spider are common in Mongolia
If you have trap door spider?
I Got an Israeli huntsman as a sling and it literally died on day 2. I was so upset
Very Cool!!

Why did he gift them to you? Are you friends? Was it a content thing? Just curious
Well he told me not to worry about filming it so it wasn’t a content thing, but I did anyway 🤷♀️

6 eyed sand spiders are Hexophthalma sp. whereas the egyptian huntsman is Cerbalus sp
