Coppersalts, I can do level 5 complete% in 16.467 seconds now B) Why do boost off metal box then box jump when you can just do a box jump discovered on Aug 30, 2018? It requires going to the left of the spikes, then jump, then throw the box at the right frame, then jump twice. If you can get it working, then you can get it under 15 seconds maybe?
Strats that are maybe possible part 2: Level 7: before I said that you can clip through the moving spikes in level 7, but I know now, you can’t clip through moving objects, but what if you can clip on the second spike in level 7, then clip through the one-way platform right below the second spike Level 20: you can maybe skip the lever by grab boosting on the right, under the spikes, similar to level 34 & 35
Improvements that could be made (idk if some of these are possible lol) Level 7: maybe you can somehow skip waiting for the moving spiky balls by doing a wall clip? (Same with level 14) Level 16: maybe you can somehow make a TAS String that can jump onto the highest purple spring without using the conveyor belt? Level 17: maybe you can do a wall clip without flicking the lever? Level 18: Why can't you do more spike clips, that could save some time. Level 36 (question): how to do those left and right taps allow book to “clip” through the lever?
level 7 - not possible. you can only clip into the left side of a wall. level 14 - nowhere where clipping would be helpful. level 16 - pretty sure that's not possible. the high spring is positioned such that you need to gain speed from the conveyor. level 17 - this level is extremely airtight when it comes to routing and I'm pretty sure there's nowhere where clipping would save time. level 18 - those two spike clips that save time. the other ones are too far away to clip into them by a jump from the previous spikes. level 36 - I have no idea how the glitch works; I didn't make that string and the person who did never explained how it worked

there's no way to jump back out of the yellow block wall without book bonking her head on the top of the wall. If you go back across the bottom section to the yellow switch and back it's not faster
some improvements (idk if some of these are possible.) level 8:jump at the right time from the bottom that should get you to clip through the wall from below!level 16:jump when you pass the spike above the first conveyor,it will land you at the bounce block. same goes for each area before a spike in the top area of the same level.level 21:clip through the one way platform with match,then grab match through it with book rest of the level is the same.
@@bubbles3914 here I've meticulously preprogrammed every single input to create a theoretically perfect run. Though TASes are often _not_ perfect as humans are fallible and can miss optimizations. Here we've already shaved off about 6 seconds in a version that's not on youtube yet.
there aren't that many glitches to begin with, so it wouldn't be too different. Grab boosts and box jumps aren't glitches, but rather exploits that could be hard to quantify in certain cases.

I doubt that will ever happen; it's getting to the point where the most I can hope for is a couple frames here and there. Unless there are some huge discoveries it's unlikely to happen. I do actually have a TAS explained script already which I may make into an actual video at some point

In level 7 it's doubtful if even a single frame is possible to be saved let alone 18.
