This video is to bring awareness to all of my audience so you can make your own decisions about using this product or not. I am definitely guilty of using products in the past that have sketchy ingredients but I wanted to be as transparent as I could with this new information.
Thank you so much, Jason (and Dustin) for the update about maltodextrin-it’s a big deal! So thankful to be a part of this community that helps each other. 👍🏻😊
Thank you for sharing Jason. Ingredients are definitely important! My gut health is 75% better, but I still have to watch what I eat and drink bc of that. I remember Dustin talking about that.
Great information, Jason! I've always used Dr. Berg's electrolyte powder, but I have thought about trying LMNT, so I'm glad I saw this beforehand. Thanks so much for always being so genuine!❤
I would not pay for any of them, I make my own and add a splash of lime or lemon if I really need flavor. So many keto "things" just lead me astray. And my wallet doesn't appreciate it either. I'm sure this is distressing news to many. I see LMNT on so many videos.
I have looked at making my own, however it is pretty difficult to get the raw ingredients here and LMNT has been the most affordable and "clean" (until now) product I could get. Keto products definitely lead people astray.
@JustJasonKeto mine is very affordable. Half cup pure salt, like Redmonds. No additives. 3/4tsp potassium chloride, which i buy in the salt section under the name Nu-salt. No caking agents, just pure potassume chloride. Then I bought Magnesiu. Glyconate capsules, open and empty half teaspoon. Mix it all up. I put mine in a grinder so it's like powder. I use half teaspoon to about 30 oz of water or so. I sometimes put it in seltzer.
@@AndreaSwiedler I will have to look into it, I can get Redmond's and magnesium, the Potassium might be tough though, Canada doesn't think people need it.

Hi Jason! It's great to share this development with your viewers since you've talked about using it on your channel before.
Thanks for the info. I've been drinking this since Dr Berrys wife suggested it. I sure hope they find a solution.
I have been recommending it for a long time too, that's why I thought it was important to share this information!
Thank you for the information Jason.

Gut health is my main focus these days so this wasn't good news that's for sure! I will be switching to the unflavoured mix for now!
Good for you letting your viewers know. I have not tried this but sounds like something to get educated on! ✌️🇨🇦❤️
Knowledge is power and great info sharaing.
It sure is!
Thank you, Jason! I use the raw unflavored packets.
I have decided to use the unflavored as well once my supply runs out.
Thanks for explaining this. Helpful indeed.
Thanks for the info. I've been using LMNT since you introduced me to it!
I still use it too, I haven't noticed any issues with it but I thought my viewers should at least know.
Thanks for sharing Jason

@JustJasonKeto I wonder if you can have some shipped from US? It's so cheap. Check for Nu-salt.
@@JustJasonKeto i saw Nu-salt on Canadian Amazon!
Hello Jason.
