(Recorded this with a cold, so apologies if I sound under the weather)
My tribe saw the writing on the wall thousands of years ago. If I had a nickel for every Graymuzzle lecturing me about the 'Law of the Wild', I'd have nickles up to your ass! The funny part? They're all ignoring their own first law! “Adapt or Die!”
But that was not all that was written on that wall. And here's the bitter pill we all have to swallow.
This world isn't meant for us, we are /not/ the chosen ones. Humans are. The Weaver is ascendant right now. So, yes, we follow him. Do you /really/ think Gaia doesn't know all of this? You have so little faith in what you claim to love. This world will always belong to Gaia. She just needs some help!

I watched almost all of your episode about werewolves and I haven't seen one example for a galliard. Now, I have one recommendation: Johnny Silverhand played by Keanu Reaves. A rocker boy that is a charismatic narcissist that compels both human and garou to fight against the corporation Pentex through his songs.
My first RPG character ever will always be Ricky the Glass Walker werewolf. Kinda changed my life over.
This is an interesting and unique tribe for a Werewolf. Like ya said. Not the type that would come to mind when you think about Werewolves. Great Video man, nice job.

Reminds me of watch dogs 2 which from the lore are pretty similar in terms of what they do since Dedsec are hackers as well but they also do hands on operations where they sneak into the coperations headquarters and steal the info they need to expose them while fighting against security guards and cops and other gangs trying to stop them

More Werewolf vids when W5 comes out?
One of my old players had a Glass Walker, who was basically Batman. A mob-connected trust fund baby in Vegas who owned a casino by inheritance, and left the actual management of the business up to the Kinfolk serving on the board of directors. We came up with a spirit fetish called the Aethernet Card, which was essentially an external USB wi-fi antenna capable of establishing a connection with the Glass Walker Tribal Homeland. I have the details on paper in a box in a closet somewhere but basically you spend one Gnosis to activate it, in order to hire a spirit to establish a secure VPN through the CyberRealm. (The spirits there will do anything for "Juice.") Then you roll to activate the fetish, with the number of successes basically translating to how many bars of signal you get. It operated like an FPS, where you would see the Tribal Homeland on the computer screen, and could navigate it in first person from the perspective of a gaffling that you temporarily possess. You could have conversations with spirits and other real Garou that were there in person through the PC speakers/microphone. I retconned it into my story, and decided that while not common, they were not unheard of. Like mobile phones in the 80's. Aethernet Cards were used as ways to encourage younger Garou to visit the Tribal Homeland to speak with and learn from their ancestor spirits, until they were strong, wise, and respected enough to make the trip in person.
I love this series--bringing back so many memories!
Idea for a Dark Ages character, a Warder Of Man who was raised in Prague's Jewish Quarter and currently is working to try and ensure peace with the Christians of the city as well as ensure the Nosferatu Prince does not go back on his promise to stop other vampires from using his people as prey.
The Glass Walker serving the weaver is just totally false. They fight for the Wyld aswell, and they do it the closest to the Wyrm. Other tribes may just THINK they serve the Weaver, and some of them tend to do it, but the true Glass Walkers are loyal, just their methods differ.
I believe we are serving the Weaver! And Gaia gave us permission to do so! Gaia's playing the /long game/, my friend! Nothing the Weaver can create can last for long. Look at any abandoned place! ^_~

I think Adam Jensen from Deus Ex Human Revolution would do a Great Glass Walker, even story wise. Getting all the cybernetic enhancements not because of wanting but because of necessity. Not to mention badass, male alpha, no bull$hit attitude.

Crap, crap, crap, crap, I just discovered this and I have this idea of being a Get of Fenris born too weak and thrown to the Walkers, then ends up forming a team that's basically Section Nine.
Problem is I'm already part of five DnD games and running one, and suddenly I want to start another one with rules I am not familiar with at all.
...The temptation is real...

Because I have a full load of classes, the aforementioned games being played/run, a division of people in my outfit online to keep from blowing the continent up, and to top it all off a smithy I'm putting together so I can make that lovely thing called money. I literally do not have the time. Trust me, it'll happen at some point. Just not now. And that makes me sad.

And I can see your point. The heavy tech aspect of the Walkers I can see clashes with how the other tribes are nature focused.
The thing though with the walkers is that they use the Weaver, not worship it.
Cockroach also is a Wyld spirit, not a Weaver one.
There is indeed in the tribe more than meets the eye.
Maybe as sophisticated as the Wyrm against the Wyrm tactic of the Uktena tribe if not more.
True. Course, speaking from the perspective of the other tribes, the Walkers and Uktena are the most at risk at falling from the Wyld.

In all honesty, I'd have to say the history's probably 50/50. Our genetic research (and WHY are the the only ones doing it?) shows more than a few traces of Lupin birth in our background. The 'too weak to survive' bit? Yeah, okay, fair point. It does explain a few things. So..we /adapted/, we /survived/...Isn't that the point?
I mean at this point in time I don't even know how we're still alive cause people of 2021 are just really stupid at this point I feel like the garou could easily destroy us in this day and age considering even if we get them on video everyone will automatically assume it's fake and everyone's just too lazy to do shit.

I was thinking of an Uktena ragabash of the web walkers camp that uses guns just as much as arrows, a Glass Walker philodox of the city farmers camp who uses the Wyld as much as he uses the Weaver and a Bone Gnawer ahroun of the swarm camp who is basically a street ninja.
This is why I like steampunk a little more I mean sure you have some mechparts but at least nobody can hack you and you have no op powers like the major she beat that sniper dude because she had a perception enhancer or something and the chick from mardock scramble she can hack anything if she focuses hard enough and she also has a perception enhancer to the point where no body except people like her can beat her
Rattrap from Beast Machines would be a good inspiration for a Glass Walker Ragabash.
You missed a whole layer of GW archetypes with Corpo and Wise Guys - not about technology but about power and money (which is ultimately power too) in human society. I had a blast playing Wise Guy with zero dots in Computers or Technology but four in Intimidation and Streetswise, playing street gangs and running protection racket to fund our pack. Wise guys are also cool bein the "traditionalists" of the tribe, trying to preserve the "old" customs (like less then 100 years - laughably new by any other tribe's standards, but it's the oldest traditions GW have) while newer sexier camps are on the rise.
Cant wait for the next one!

Hey man, just found your channel, with this as the first video I watched. Looking forward to more World of Darkness videos, but I hope that you are bot biased when it comes to Old and New World of Darkness. They both have their merits and I'd love to see videos on both. Using Vampire as an example, I like that Masquerade has more clans, but I like that Requiem has more Covenants.
It'd also be nice to see videos on antagonists at some point too, like the Marauders, the groups of the Technocratic Union, Pentex and it's subsidiaries, The Seers of The Throne, The Abyss(Awakening), etc...
Keep up the good work.
I do prefer Old World of Darkness, but I'd be lying through my teeth if I didn't say both versions have their respective strengths and weaknesses. If my Apocalypse series does well I could start covering other White Wolf games.

Personally I prefer to merge the Old and New, part of the fun with WoD is being creative, and I wish more people realized it's a role-playing game of imagination and not a comic book series with a set in stone "canon" as we would know it from other franchises.

Things have also changed a lot for this channel over the course of this year with me pursuing creating my own comic, on top of holding down a full-time job, that it's gonna require a full restructuring of the channel.

I'm really shocked that this faction isn't a straight up villain faction lol. It seems like they spit in the face of what all the other tribes believe in and are semi working against them to insure their own dominance. Not that I mind! I think they're awesome I'm just saying... lol

I feel Gaige from Borderlands would fit very well within the Glass Walkers, plus Mark Clyne from the NetFlix movie, Spectral. That and a good majority of characters from Deus Ex.
When Cyberpunk 2077 finally comes out the first thing I will do is seek out the modding community. I will have them create a werewolf mod and with the cybernetics and hacking present...The glasswalker shall at last be in video game form.

I would make my character like Marcus Halloway from watch dogs 2 he fights corporations and uses hacking to his advantage but isn't afraid to get his hands dirty and will use guns to kill people and he can still transform into his crinos form but will only use it in an emergency like if he's in a tight situation and has no choice but to change and kill everyone but will still use guns and wears a mask to conceale his identity from anyone so they can't ID him to the police

I have two questions regarding the Glass Walkers.
1. Do they realize that it was the Weaver who had created this mess in the first place?
2. In your introduction to the Werewolf the apocalypse, you said that the Weaver had become power-mad and wanted to control everything. Does this mean that his/her/its creations are, in a sense, tainted not by the Wyrm, but by the Weaver's perfectionist insanity?
1. The Glass Walkers believe they can use the Weaver's power to further the Garon Nation agenda.
2. No, the Wyrm is the source of corruption, in fact the Triat is meant to be in balance and everything is fucked up because that balance has been disrupted. It's bad for any one of them to have more power than the others. The Weaver's problem is it doesn't know when to stop. That was the function the Wyrm used to fulfill before it became corrupted.
I would like for a tribe that views humans more as cousins than good or bad like children that need to be taught the proper way to live
