Canon i-sensys MF635cx Scan error l problem l issue

Canon scanner gives message that computer is not connected, so you no need to restart the computer just follow these steps solve the scan problem

Hello friend, I'm thinking about buying this printer but there's an issue I can't find in any website, that I was thinking you may answer: Does this printer SCAN papers in both sides? (not just print, but SCAN).
PS: If possible, answer quickly because in the website where I found thi printer there's only one left!

I installed software and connect the printer..but the printer display error msg..it is "no paper LTR " what is the meaning of it

Hello, I have the model MF645CX, it looks the same as yours. when I want to color scan as pdf, it comes as jpg! Although I scan the black and white in pdf without any problem. Any suggestion?

Go into scan settings and change to pdf
