100% I was at first very confused that you would be reviewing an Eros, but the rest of the review I'm pleased that big companies are making something in this genre! But given that it's a designer release, just imagine what the inevitable flanker's flankers will be like! Versace Eros Energy Intense, Versace Eros Energy Extreme, Versace Eros Energy Cologne, Versace Eros Eau de Energy! P.S. Dig the new song!
The text on the back is to prevent fakes/duplicates, as the Eros fragrances tend to be duplicated a lot. Actually, I saw fakes for Versace's Blue Jeans 😅 which is already a heavily affordable fragrance. Otherwise, great review! I think citrus/bergamot is a signature note for Versace, so it's interesting how they went all out for this particular fragrance. I'll have to try it in stores later
It smells amazing for the first hour. After 60 minutes, as far as citrus fragrances go...I was wishing to have sprayed on Missoni Wave. But, the Energy bottle is beautiful!
@@FSVR54 I had the whole set of Colonia essenza but I ended up selling it all off, I felt it had a lemon cleaner smell to it, I didn’t enjoy it unfortunately. Love the original Colonia though
Love this scent bought a bottle the other day.really lasts probably the longest lasting citrus scent I’ve tried. just confused why they didn’t release it a few months ago instead of now
A pleasant surprise! But then again, it's standard fare these days to see a stand-alone release be branded as a flanker to capitalize on the name and save on production costs. Could've just as easily been "Versace Energy" in a sportier bottle. Maybe even a built-in sprayer? 🤔 Actually that would've been awesome. 😆 💪
My goodness, what is your spray routine? A video idea would be to show us how to properly apply a fragrance. Man, that bottle will be gone in a week. 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👊🏿💪🏿
Got to tell ya man, you should have put some smooth Italian music in there. Like Tony Bennet or Frank Sinatra. That music was pretty cheesey. The opposite of undeniably the absolute balls. Good video nonetheless. Keep em coming bub.💈🧼💪😎
@@ScentsOfSouthJersey Your good man. Music isn't that important. Still a good video on an interesting cologne. Kelan, your still my favorite classic reviewer since 2020. Keep doing your thing.💪👍
@@ScentsOfSouthJersey maybe you're right. But that opening just put me off. Not that it smells bad ( it doesnt) , but because i associate that lemoneme with some thing very Basic.
if someone like you didnt say hey this is pretty good, i would have never, ever tried this out. especially that you think its old school to some extent
I hope you guys like the new intro/outro music :)
Retro 80s
@@dipdip8 so cool
I think it's more your style. Very 80s/90s.
It's good, but I was all set for the relaxing piano intro. Caught me off guard!
Will miss the old intro music but love the new one, great job!
Knowing your love for masculine classics makes reviews of recent releases so much more valuable than many other reviewers.
@@eg042680 well thank you ! I have some more modern fragrance reviews on deck as well
Great review and I enjoyed it and I'm going to try it and have a blessed day
Thank you !
You welcome keep up the good work GOD BLESS 🙏
I'm glad you reviewed this, and the new intro/outro song rules!
@@um3899 he did a fantastic job with the music ! Thank you for watching !
Great video. I also like Eros Energy.
@@MrSmelly1977 me too! Very happy with this new release
This was great to see definitely gonna have to pick this one up then
Oh boy, I really enjoy Bigelow White so Energy will be a must buy. Thanks for the review
The moment it hit me that they smell very similar in the dry down of energy was funny and made me like it even more
love the old classic 80s starting music :)

I like the color scheme on the Bottle. it sounds like I would like this one.

@@christopherfeatherley wow faking blue jeans !!??!! That one is always at rack stores for like 22$
Wish they kept the mint note, but sharper and more herbal.
Something more spicier i guess.
Based on what youre saying I feel like a clear frosted bottle would have been absolutely perfect to match the scent. Thanks for the video dude

Citrus aromatic with oakmoss is right up your alley.

Reminded me of Dior Homme Cologne and Chanel Allure Homme Sport Cologne
@@palamandre I can see the Allure Homme sport comparison in the opening

Bad marketing. As far as long lasting citrus scents, try PDM Perseus. I personally didn't like it, but maybe you will. Performance is very strong
This can be worn in the fall since the dry down is green and woodsy
Love the original edp eros
I thought its half YSL pour homme the 70s version and Aventus in the drydown pretty good. It could easily pass as a 70s/80s fragrance albeit updated
That’s actually a great comparison, an updated ysl PH
Hi what's your favorite designer fragrances
I only like the Parfum of Eros. I'm actually wanting this one.

Happy to see Versace go the “Energy” route rather than “Elixer” in terms of flankers.

It looks so cheap. Why would they put it in a yellow bottle? Absolutely terrible marketing. All their bottles need an update
Its mostly aimed for the younger crowd, as the scents themselves. Younger crowd loves the eros and 1 million bottles
