I used to write down license plate numbers of all the cars I was sure were following me. I would have lots of pieces of paper with all these numbers on them and then I would go through them and try to match up numbers to prove to myself I was being followed by the CIA and the FBI. Never could catch them though so I was convinced they were just changing their plate's. It slowly went away after I got clean
