I would not upgrade from a K10+ to a K10+ pro. If I was buying new, I would go for teh K10+ Pro. The improved vision and LIDAR makes it worth the small cost. Obviously if budget is tight, the K10+ will be an awesome cleaner. Switchbot may have slightly underpriced the K10+, but it is a great cleaner for the price point. The small form factor and the features make it a very compelling buy. I would not buy the K10+ series if mopping was needed regularly. I see the mopping of the K10's as maybe good for spot mopping, instead of getting a mop and bucket out, but not for regular automated mopping. I'd go the S10 for that, and take the extra hit in cost. All that said, I have a small apartment, I have some tight spaces. The physical size of the K10+ is just something I don't see in other robovacs. The physical size allows it to get into tight spaces. I think the K10 series is pretty awesome for small apartments and for people not needing a lot of mopping. I get the pricing argument, but you can get 2 K10+ Pro's for the price of an S10. I wouldn't need 2 robovacs in a small apartment though. I'd buy the K10+ Pro over the K10+ for the improved LIDAR, the improved camera and the lower maintenance roller system. That makes it worth the price for the use I see it doing. The S10, I can't justify the cost, given the S10 would not get into the smaller spaces the K10 can get into
I'd stay away from any vacuum from switchbot. I've an S10 for the last 3 months and it's been one problem after another. Latest firmware update has destroyed it. Keeps dropping WiFi. Can't get it to clean or map . Tech support will not respond to my support tickets. Avoid.
@@dolanspirit probably obvious question but have you tried factory reset of your bot and clearing your app? I had one period of time long time ago when the other switchbot was reporting back as offline but app installation fixed that for me.

agreed
You should change your channel name to NotEnoughVacuums. 😊
@@ubeaut I could use another 2-3 to make the robot wars funnier
@@notenoughtech I do like the TV show robot wars. They destroy the robots.
@@ubeaut if you look up fight fest. I was responsible for media production of one of the editions
