मुळात...obc मधेच क्रिमिलेअर लागू व्हायला न्हवता पाहिजे....obc वर्गाने याचा विरोध करायला हवा होता..कारण ओबीसी वर्ग हा समस्त बहुजन समाजासाठी सुरक्षा भिंतीचच काम करत आहे..समस्त sc समाज तुमच्या सोबत आहे..
This judgement has not taken away reservation of SC ST..it only excluded creamy layers from cagory of SC ST reservation beneficeries..n it cause injustice to eligible candidates of asC ST categories..its good judgment..we want admission to MBBS by securing above 90 percent marks not on 45%..
You are confused about Arkshan. In India so many types of Arkshan available. Now suprim court order regarding SC & ST reservation. As per constitution Article 341,342,340 there is no provision for cremy layer and sub kota. This order is Violation of above article as per 7 out of 1 judge also agreed about this. Rest of 6 respective Judges not agree. It's mean 1 judge also have wattage of judgment. Constitution is Suprim...

If from same open category/cast first candidate score is 98% and his father is class one officer and his annual income is 20lakh and second one candidate score 96% and his father’s annual income is below 2lakh. Now tell me which candidate should get opportunity from both examples, first one or second candidate?
