I have so many feelings about this song. 1. I love the continuity it draws to the origins of house/dance music and geniuses like Nile Rodgers. 2. This song could have easily been made 40 years ago, and shows how music can be timeless. 3. Pharrell is one of the dopest and coolest artists out there and I love the collaboration with him. 4. This is arguably the best track on the album and definitely what ultimately gave it such critical acclaim. 5. I LOVE DAFT PUNK!!!
Charles E. Of course, but I just thing his voice is very well suited for funky songs. Daft Punk made a good decision in choosing him o Lose Yourself to Dance and Get Lucky.
I only recently listened to their entire discography and now curse my stupidity for for not paying more attention to these guys back in the days. I hope that they left their mark on music history that will be remembered for decades.
My first experience with these guys was when I was 12 years old and stumbled upon the Technologic video. Definitely left a mark on my young brain that I don't think I'll ever forget 😂
I wish people would actually dress like this again! Especially to clubs or parties. I was born in 1999 but I just think there’s something so great about the style from the 60’s-70’s. Fun and eye catching yet still classic and stylish. Clothes made for dancing to good music and having fun! I get sick of seeing people my age wear sweats and snap backs to the club or True Religion jeans and Canada Goose vests, or even straight up lingerie and leggings! I guess you can’t really dance a lot to today’s music but, that’s what I love so much about Daft Punk’s approach to this album, how they wanted to pay homage to the older music styles they grew up listening to. Magical things happen when people infuse the past into the future! ❤️
it's an era that's ending right there. they changed music forever and that's a fact, i remember first finding out about their music back in 2012-2013 when i was 6/7 years old by my sisters and i literally fell in love, right now i'm kinda tearing up tbh, these legends music will live on forever. ❤ the only thing i can be happy about is the fact that they broke up in good terms and that they left us with tons of good singles/albums and memories 🥺

🥺@@MATTierial
I have so many feelings about this song.
1. I love the continuity it draws to the origins of house/dance music and geniuses like Nile Rodgers.
2. This song could have easily been made 40 years ago, and shows how music can be timeless.
3. Pharrell is one of the dopest and coolest artists out there and I love the collaboration with him.
4. This is arguably the best track on the album and definitely what ultimately gave it such critical acclaim.
5. I LOVE DAFT PUNK!!!
Man , we don’t deserve Daft punk .
They are just too awesome
you know what thats some true facts
@isaac wha ?
We don't deserve Daft Punk, but we need Daft Punk...
👌
Why can't the world be like this again
Pharrell is such a funky soul.
+Gabriella Farinelli TRUE
+Gabriella Farinelli You mean Daft Punk.
Charles E. Of course, but I just thing his voice is very well suited for funky songs. Daft Punk made a good decision in choosing him o Lose Yourself to Dance and Get Lucky.
+Gabriella Farinelli Pharrel reminds me of Micheal Jackson
+superdog logan For me the only thing that makes him seem similar is how he looks sparkly like michael in his music video rock with you.
There's no way this is almost 10 years old now. A timeless classic!
Its like 14years old

@@rebuttalc2075 ? unless it came out before 2013... Song release date for this video was 2013 , i'll have to look up if actually goes further back
I only recently listened to their entire discography and now curse my stupidity for for not paying more attention to these guys back in the days. I hope that they left their mark on music history that will be remembered for decades.
They did, their impact is carried by our fond memories of their music
Thanks for everything! Stars of millenium! Fathers of électronic song!
My first experience with these guys was when I was 12 years old and stumbled upon the Technologic video. Definitely left a mark on my young brain that I don't think I'll ever forget 😂

I didn’t realize that until I read your comment. You’re 100% spot on!

No time for crying...

it's an era that's ending right there. they changed music forever and that's a fact, i remember first finding out about their music back in 2012-2013 when i was 6/7 years old by my sisters and i literally fell in love, right now i'm kinda tearing up tbh, these legends music will live on forever. ❤ the only thing i can be happy about is the fact that they broke up in good terms and that they left us with tons of good singles/albums and memories 🥺
They will remain in our hearts

To this day, Im still turning people onto Daft Punk, especially the younger generations who will one day carry the torch and keep the Daft Punk legacy alive well into the future
I don't care people, It's a good song. Not targeting anyone, the main singer doesn't use autotune(noticible). Not singing about asses or anocondas. I like it.
Great point man.

First time hearing this and it brings me to tears, because I understand what they are trying to do for people. It's not just about dancing to the groove. It's about taking the time to just feel your existence and this song perfectly captures that. Thank you guys.

This song is far better than get lucky anyday
get lucky was a cheap song that they made to get their name out. i hate that song, but they made it cuz they knew it would get on the radio for people to find out about their great music.
