Borushiki's 1st move is only decent. The fact it can go into elemental slots makes it really solid, but unfortunately it has suffered from nerfs. It has always had an issue with its start up time, but now if u get hit the move gets cancelled so its really easy to deal with, even accidentally. Also, its blockable and, if blocked, puts u in a long endlag. U can try to swerve behints peoples backs with its hitbox, but the hitbox also got nerfed and if ur opponent simply turns while blocking ur screwed due to the aforementioned end lag. Its still decent due to its mobility (if u dont get hit) and combo potential with the movestacking, but thats as far as it goes.
The 2nd move is also only decent. The move comes out really quickly which is a plus, but the fact it comes out so slowly makes it easier to react to. It also doesnt stun for long, unlike most grab attacks, so with enough hyper armor it can be ignored. It also doesnt even provide mobility which means its both harder to land and provides less utility. Its on a 30 second cool down which isnt the end of the world but still not ideal. Not the worst move ever, but there isnt much to it that isnt brought down by one of it's many shortcomings.

Honestly ALMOST all global cooldown autododges are bad, you just NEED taijutsu's autododge to actually play the game.

A good change would be make taijutsu autododge out those moves on global CD but NOT moves put taijutsu autododge on global CD

That way the moves would be usable and there wouldn't be any unbalance like using a move mid autododge to get more s. Because counters are counters for a reason and they should not be put in a global CD cuz they give s since they can't be used mid stun
