She left home as a teen because she wanted to start working as soon as she could. She did part time jobs to support herself, and look at her now. An icon, THEE Gaga. Man, an inspiration whether people diss her image or music. I personally love a girl who has fashion sense and not lazy chicks who wear men's clothng like sweats and a hoodie with Nikes.

STRIPPER to make ends meet but had a loving family she could have gone home to at any time despite that fact that she was stripping and doing drugs.. she didn't sacrifice anything. oh, she also slept with her producer. get a grip. .

AFTER this interview, she DID indeed lip sync while she was performing her final song, "Bad Romance," during a New Zealand concert.. she TOTALLY is!!!
