Everything was just so colorful and beautiful and perfect. And then once 2020 hit everything changed it just seemed like the world the color was gray or in everything. The sunsets were nowhere near as pretty. There’s no more fun experiences anymore. Everything was stall and boring. Quarantine really fucked us over and now time flies so so fast because quarantine gave us ADHD because of TikTok RUclips shorts, Instagram, Instagram, Facebook Snapchat spotlight everything it gave everybody a small thing of ADHD that made it seem like time went by so fast and I didn’t get to do anything this summer because of it because time went by so fast and for this entire summer, I’ve just been stuck in my neighborhood just playing video games or just running around on a bike that’s it never was able to go on vacation never was able to see any of my close relatives or best friends goes all of them live in different areas now cause they all moved after quarantine so now there’s nobody here my age that I can hang out with cause they all left so now I’m just here the people in my house and that’s it. It’s kinda sad when you think about it. Their time is almost up while mine is approaching…
I think about this a lot I’m 19 and it’s been on my mind since covid. I always think why does what I do matter if no one’s going to remember it anyways in 40,50,60 years. That seems like a long time but the years go fast when you don’t pay attention. I feel like I’ve been wasting my life and I fear I’ve wasted my childhood and there’s no going back. I think about it all the time how great it would be to open my eyes one day and be 8 years old again when my mother was the biggest person I knew. Just waking up from a terrible long dream to the world as it was.

TAKE MEEEEE BACKKKKK. I MISSSS THOSE TIMES😢😢😢😢
Best era ever
The parachute was always the best
Bro ima cry this is my whole childhood in like 60 seconds I miss being a kid
Back when people didn’t pull a phone out to avoid awkward silence and started a conversation instead! Miss it so much
I took those pop firecracker things to school a few times 💀
The music in the background though, gave me hardcore nostalgic feels. Like playing Shenmue on DreamCast in 1999 🥹🥺 I was born the year Nintendo 64 came out in 1995: and old Cartoon Network Shows. Good old days 🌠🌈✨️ simpler times 😊😇🤗
You know, the world was always fckd up... but we were different then, we were protected from everything. We had our own worlds in our heads, we were too innocent to see reality. If everyone stayed like that today, mabye, just mabye we would still live in the same nostalgia.
The Pop pops hit different, I remember when my school tuition teacher used them as a joke to scare us 😢
The parachute was my favorite in gym class. That & those little square butt scooter things. I loved those, even though I'd smash my fingers every time
I remember that feeling that still hurts more than getting your heart broken🤧😂😂
A buddy lost three frickin nails from one of those things, never forgetti
those were my 2 least favorite gym days lol
I loved both of those. Such fun.
Best days of my life. I am so blessed to have grown up in the late 90’S early 2000’s. I had the best child hood as a kid and cherish those memories
It’s sad how fast time flies
@@jdos5643 it truly is. 28 years old and it feels like yesterday I was in high school
Your still a baby 28...man stop it I'll be 40 in July the early 90's were the best
We definitely were lucky
Man, we really took for granted our childhood. I wish I could go back in time and relive 2007-2013. Those were the good years
Good memories man. Sometimes thinking back feels like it never happened at all. Went so quickly
*Sigh* I miss those days. Wish I could go back in time to relive them over again.
The parachutes were the peak of entertainment 👌
The good old days
I have un healed trauma from never getting to run underneath the parachute every time it was pulled out
As a kid from 2012 i remember those even tho im not 90-2000
Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early Leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsidies to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

@@Toilet_dude1we let you kids down and I'm sorry.... That's the reason younger kids try to say "BaCk iN mY DaY" because we basically robbed our kids of their own form of nostalgia by raising you all to do what we do. I am a 90s baby and I grew up without a childhood. Suffering was regular in my childhood and I cried so much I can probably fill a swimming pool... everytime I see these sort of videos, it breaks me because I never got to enjoy stuff like this. Which is why I hate my generation for trying to rob you kids of your own versions of nostalgia and try so hard to stay in control when you kids grew up... So on behalf of all my generation and generations before me: I am deeply and truly sorry for being terrible people... If there is an afterlife, I'd hope we can meet someday and talk about our lives and tell stories and spend tons of time together forever and never experience hate or anger towards one another ❤😊

The smell in blockbuster’s was like no where else ! The excitement of getting a new movie in stock and some jelly beans ! Wow
The fruit roll ups, the landyards, and Blockbusters were my favorite back then. I'm 44 and I missed the 90's! 😭
I graduated in 2004 and it was the greatest time then
What I remember from the 2000s:
1. 00s music
2. 00s kids shows (Little Bill, Blues Clues, Little Einsteins , LazyTown)
3. Playhouse Disney
4. 00s Movies (Shark's Tale, Madagascar, Shrek, The Lost Prince of Egypt)
5. Butterfly Clips
6. Pillow Light Up Pets
7. Colored Ketchup
Yo, same!!! 😭

Colored ketchup yes
The LOST Prince of Egypt? I think it's just "The Prince of Egypt." (btw that movie still hits hard)
Bring me back to those days !!!!!!!
Such a simple, less crowded time. I miss it. I think internet made things worse than better.
I remember seeing a RUclips comment on another video like this and the comment said RUclips is the closest thing you can get to a Time Machine.
Ain't that the damn truth😞
That's actually kinda true. Practically the whole internet is the closest you could get to a time machine.
Facts upon facts.
Being born in 89 was magic. You got the full 90s experience..by the time i was 5 the 90s was in full effect
Why does everything from the past look so beautiful
Two Words: Nostalgia Googles.
@@iloveutubesince3207 The average American child was way better off then. Almost zero social media. Parents couldn’t throw an iPad at you to pacify you. The average American household had more money. No 2008 recession. Insanely good games and consoles and handhelds. Zero brain rot. Actual anonymity on the internet with most people taking to forums for interests with profiles that didn’t require a sliver of real information that some sites ask of you to give. Being a child in those times were amazing. There was an actual middle class, there was a golden blend between playing games and socializing with kids in the outside, and the country was no where near as divided politically and it was a way less charged time. @@MurrayLimeI very vaguely remember them. The only thing I can remember is how it felt in my mouth.
Maybe I'm trippin maybe I didn't have these😂😂
I'm high
Not the word record book I remember those so bad😭
I remember other people having them. Like one doctor's waiting room. I only have the video game world record book for 2014
I used to have like 7 of those books
Now thats what I call music 😢
That and kids bop lol
I really miss those
I swear every single time my watch videos from early 2000s or I think of games from the early 2000s. It seems like we weren’t even in this reality were in now I feel like in the early 2000s. Nobody else just me and my family.
This is so relatable 😭
We never realize we are making memories until we see the things that we used to enjoy in life. ❤
This is making me emotional
Those days were the best
Now we're all grown up and some of us without our parents
Without our grandparents too 😔.
I'm 14 and my dad turned 53 December 24th and my mom just turned 42 January 11th.. I don't want to loose them. :(
@@lovecupcakex642damn you young, I’m 22 turning 23 and I moved out my moms house a few months ago
It’s kinda sad when you think about it. One moment I’m a kid-innocent and carefree, then as time goes on, I am faced with the inevitable truth…
That some day we will all die and all these memories will cease and it’ll be as if nothing ever happened 💔
I’m only 25 but now I understand how old people must feel. Their time is almost up while mine is approaching…
I know the feeling I'm 27 I feel ya
Well old people don’t care. They already experienced the past and are in acceptance
Bro, I’m about to turn 41, 25 feels like yesterday. Don’t waste that shit, time goes faster the older you get.
The Fruit Roll-Ups with the tongue tattoos was the coolest thing ever back then!
The 90s and 2000s where so much simpler
That parachute was so fun…
The world was so much better back then. We disnt know how good it was before the narcissistic world of today with social media. It was so much better and it will never be the same 😢
