Same I went Amsterdam and I didnât get asked anything because I had a Hungarian passport. And my friend had a British passport and got asked why theyâre travelling
Where do you from anyways?. I think the video's purpose is talking bout how USA judge people by their country, I guess? Because I've heard things like this
The way she talks is so soothing it gives me the tinglesð€ Edit: I don't wanna be that person but thanks for all the likes I've never gotten so many before
They actually can ask anyone a million questions in the immigration control. Maybe it just was on their mood to bother you. But they pay a lot more attention to people coming from non European countries, from countries not in NATO and generally from poor countries.
When I arrived in USA with german Passport, they have asked me some basic Questions, like Purposes of Visiting, where to stay, how many Cash. But I didnât need to show any Tickets or Credit Cards.
âââââââ@@theargentum German, French, Italy, Japan, Singapore and Spain passports allow entry to 194 countries without visa. Visas are usually not a problem, because there are 198 countries in the world :)
When I visited US for the first time as tourist the immigration officer only asked me the purpose of my visit. And he said âWelcome to the USA and enjoy your stay with your daughter!ââ€Btw, Iâm from the Philippines!â€
As a Nigerian passport holder, we sometimes get to second level check by securities in a private room, Dey check our bag, body, and ask us questions like a potential terrorist ððð
@@yourgirleftwell it has a reason. Assuming there is one terrorist among thousands, you just dont know which one and check everyone just to be sure. Its called prevention
It's because there is a major terrorist group in Nigeria (Boko Haram). In Colombia there are a lot of drug dealers. Maybe this explains why you get checked.
Japan attacked Pear Harbor in the WW2, so now USA let them have the whole Hawaï even government there, however USA federal still governs all 50 states include Hawaï l, excuse me I don't like sushi very much as like everybody hê hê hê

In London, a lady at the checkpoint shouted: âOfficer! I have a Russian passport! Come here immediately! I have a Russian passport!â It was so embarrassing. People stared at me, and many of them later approached to express their sympathy, saying that the situation was far from normal and they were sorry for what had happened.
As Iranian people, we need to provide detailed information about our background and ancestors, yet we still face difficulties obtaining visas, even for educational purposes! I was accepted to five fully funded universities in the U.S., but my visa application was rejected three times solely because of my nationality !!!
South Asia passport: So where are you from? Where are you going? Why are you visiting usa? How long you gonna stay? Where are you planing to stay? So a hotel? But which hotel? can you show me the booking? What do u do for living? How much you make every year? Are you visiting a country for the first time? What you have in your trolley/suitcase? Did you book a return flight? Do you have any relative here in usa? Who are you visiting?
They never asked any of that in EU and US for my Indian passport. I have also heard they discriminate Indian passports based on which state it was issued. Embassy and border agents are on a whole new level of discrimination.
I thought it was like impossible to get into Canada now. Idk. I heard that happened at some point during covid that they wouldnât let Americans in. All of my family is from Canada except me. They gave up their citizenship because my grandpa hated Canada for some reason and became a super proud American. I would have had a Canadian citizenship because I was born in America right after they moved. My grandma was from England and apparently that would have given me citizenship there too but I already explained how my grandpa was soâŠ

As a Turkish person, when i traveled to the US, They took me into a private room and asked me a lot of different questions. They wanted to see my Turkish Republic id card, they asked about my school etc. Then they said that they wanted to make sure that I'm a Turk, the reason for this is that Turkey is the country hosting the largest number of refugees in the world. A lot of Syrians, Afghans and Arabs can easily have Turkish citizenship because of our clown government. It really hurt when I experienced this situation ð¢
They are not racist towards Turks but towards Arabs. Because they can't make sure if you are real Turkish or got that citizenship in "one of them" ways@@nova-a7404
They're racist that's it. They have the highest crime rate, the country is drowning in drugs and when respectable ppl come to visit they treat them them like potential terrorists. As if it wasn't the US who created terrorism in the first place ð

Why
At Amsterdam Airport, they asked the British people why they were going to the Netherlands, but they didn't ask me because I had a Swiss Passport ð
Thats bc British gave almost no tires with Europe and Switzerland IS very supplier
Switzerland takes part of the Schengen treaty, so they canât ask without suspicion, while the UK doesnât. Da söttsch wÃŒsse
Same I went Amsterdam and I didnât get asked anything because I had a Hungarian passport. And my friend had a British passport and got asked why theyâre travelling
