Ah two lovers sitting together under the moonlight confessing their love for one another is the best way I can explain it. The part from 2:08-2:30 as the Instruments dance around each other one on a higher cord and the other on the lower really brings that feeling to life for me. I know I know, maybe a little too mushy but you get the point.

You're not the only one who finds this piece to be lovely. It takes time to weed out the rubbish & find the good stuff on youtube.
You can almost hear the story of he's life. I think that he has been to another country for a long time and when got back he wrote the song.
