  • King George Whiting, how to scale and clean the fish to cooking it to a golden-brown crispy skin! Yum! Whiting are a common catch in the lower southeast of South Australia so I thought I would go through the process of cleaning it, from scaling, gutting, fileting and then how to cook it with a very tasty crispy skin.
