In this episode, we look at how Kathryn rises to great success and moves to Denver. Here she starts the Denver Revival Tabernacle. However, things would quickly change once she meets Burroughs Waltrip. She eventually married him and saw her name, reputation and ministry decline. Kathryn would enter the wilderness years of the deleted time. She discovered just how easy it is to slide into the dark wilderness and how hard and costly it is to break out from it.
These years would ultimately make her. She learned a lot from them and came out a different person. One who was utterly dependent on the Holy Spirit and saw even greater power in her ministry as a result.
If you have made a mistake or got sidetracked this message will bless, inspire and provoke you. You will discover that the Lord Jesus is our Redeemer Who can truly redeem circumstances if we return and repent to Him. He can also restore and bring us back to an even greater place.
We serve a good God and despite our failures, when we walk humbly before Him He is able to use us.

Oh. Thank you, I've giving my life to Christ, been thru deep waters but your encouragement my prayers to walk the narrow road with Christ leading to do his will...I need Christ more than ever, to restore & fulfill me.
Recently, I've listened to several of her msgs. I read about her life including the tragedy of her marriage. It also alarmed me too that her husband had left his entire family. I felt such sorrow and compassion for her when I read that she had convinced herself that his wife had left him, instead of the other way around.
When I hear stories like this it shows me how very human and frail we all are and that we can never trust ourselves. Any Christian who judges her harshly has not learned the truth about their ownselves.
I enjoy her fire and conviction when she speaks. It is those with broken hearts and broken and contrite spirits whom God can greatly move through. Thanks for sharing her life story.
I too blew years of my salvation for an unholy relationship. Just like you said, it’s made me more humble and compassionate to those who are lost and confused. Being in the wilderness of our own accord is agonizing. So glad for God’s grace and deliverance!!

Wow! I'm so blessed, inspired and encouraged. When we go back to God in brokenness and total surrender, He is faithful to RESTORE us. Such a message of hope.
Never knew she had to go through such trials and tribulations to achieve what the Lord called her here on earth for, but she persevered and overcame in the end!

I just recently heard Kathryn say in a message that it's so important to make the Word become a living part of you, not to use it as a bludgeon. Just as Jesus was the Word made flesh, we can allow the Word (i.e scripture) to become a living part of us.

I saw her at the shrine auditorium in 1969 and I came forward and accepted Christ into my life that day. It changed me forever and I will always be greatful to her for being the instrument that God used to bring me to him.

I dont think many people realize...that there are people in the world who know as much or more than famous preachers,usually more. And they see Miracles all the time!!! They just dont care to be famous. They dont care to be well known. Theres much more Freedom with God when youre not famous in the worlds eyes!

Burroughs obviously was not walking with the Lord and was a stumbling block to Kuhlman because he was a money guy and manipulating people for money. Kuhlman was too nieve and she had to learn the hard way to reset her life and allow God to work in her life. Gods' grace is sufficient...thankfully! He is faithful even if we are not. Thanks for sharing this wonderful story of a sister in Christ.
