It really is a team effort, no wonder the drivers are always thanking the teammates. It helps keep them humble and allows us fans to understand how much work there is to keep sponsors happy and get a car built

sounds like a pretty cool job. i love seeing these job descriptions and behind the scenes. im 32 and always loved f1. past the age to become a driver, at least there's other cool jobs within the industry.
Its wonderful to see everyone's enthusiasm with the team from the top down in all of your videos. To an outsider it would appear that everyone works at 110% from the top down which reflects in the outstanding results and achievements that have been made over the years. Delivered like a true marketing professional (said with a very wry smile) Beautifully scripted and wonderfully on message in every way. Just a teeny weeny bit rigid if you can sense that. The flow is so measured and accurately delivered there is almost no opportunity for personality to be pushed to the forefront. I’m not knocking it, I’m just amused at how we are in our Roles comes across very strongly in all the Mercedes professionals that we see on screen. That’s a good thing by the way. As for me, I’m more the engineering world 👍🏻👍🏻 Keep up the good work.
I love how you guys are in F1 like many supporters before me think. I'm a struggling dad like many struggling in this day and age. When I say and without meaning "I deserve" as a fan, your self, Hamilton and botas have worked very hard to give us the best F1 team in the world. But I'm left as a fan depressed dad with no job looking at my sport as a grounding point to my life situation I need you as a team in it to win it. I truly hope that Hamilton comes back and with a new teammate kick all those back into touch that robbed this team of a massive achievement. I have run race tracks in the past and I've opened and ran races when others couldn't think out the box. I see what happened and I can only feel horrible for what has gone on in F1 as a Motorsports fan with race fuel in the bloodstream I can only hope you all move forward including Hamilton and race.. which is what you guys do best. If I spent a while upset I can't imagine how you all feel! together we rise and fall let's go mercedes, Hamilton and George show the bulls and the rest who is best!
would love if Mercedes or F1 made more content related to non English speakers that are interested in F1, some people are interested yet they can't get close to teams or formula 1 content because of language barrier, i hope a team starts to make a difference in that matter
I do like this My Job in F1 videos, but wish it wasn't scripted as if the company wrote it and make them read it like in this video. Felt more like brochure then peek inside the company.
Offcourse she is form Oxford, can a guy like me who has done my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Computer Applications from Indian can apply for any role or I have to do a compulsory MBA and if so which department shall I do to ensure I get into my favorite F1 Team?
