- This video is to discuss what the application process is like for the Air Force's Health Professions Scholarship Program (HPSP). I just finished going through the application process myself as a future Physician Assistant. This video discusses what HPSP is in regards to PA's, and what steps there are to apply.
Thank you for this. I’ve been looking into this and this video was very helpful for me. Keep giving us updates!
Thank you for this! There really isn’t much about this on the internet.
Thank you so much Andrea!! You've provided a wealth of info on this topic, when there's really not much around.
This was really helpful, thank you!
Thank you, this was really helpful. I’m starting the process now so hopefully everything works out for me!
Thank you so much for posting this- I got accepted into PA school that starts this August and I am super interested in doing HPSP with either the Air Force or the Navy. I am having such a hard time finding ways to get this process started and get my questions answered! Ive reached out to my local recruiter but they are taking forrver just to get back to me and Im wondering if I am starting this process on time! I want to meet with them and get a better idea of this whole path and the ins and outs. What made you choose air force?
Are you going to make another video now that you have received the scholarship?
This is great information. I saw a similar video and a comment saying that they're not accepting HPSP for PA at the moment? I hope that is not true.
is it true that the VA choses where you work after you become a PA-C and complete officer training school?
Is there any I contact you ? It’s very hard to find info on this
Thank you for this video. Do you know if you are eligible for loan forgiveness/repayment for the semesters that you are waiting to hear back if you are already a PA-S1?
In addition the stipend, books & tuition..do they provide housing benefits (BAH)?
Did you end up being awarded the scholarship?
I just talked to a army health recruiter he told me PA’s couldn’t get the HPSP but online it says I can
What happens if you get accepted to Pa school but don’t get the scholarship?
If I have a master's degree, am I still eligible for HPSP for PA?
Does this work for x ray techs?
Did you get in? I'm still indecisive..
If I am applying to start school in August of 2025, do I need to apply before October 2024 or October 2025?
