Create a quick video overlay in Premiere Pro

In this tutorial I am going to show you how to quickly create a video overlay in Adobe Premiere Pro.
This lesson is quite simple to follow along with as we just need to use two video clips and use one as a background and the other as our overlay. Using the effects controls panel we can use the scale and positions options to edit our project easily.
