Very nice, I actually changed my connection on my vacuum pump to KF because of that. I even found a simpler solution, a 19/26 ground joint somewhat fits on a KF16 flange. I haven't tested it on the pump yet but the O-ring fits perfectly. Just for the the clamp it's a bit wide.

New fave channel. I like using the worm/chain type clamps on glass kf connections. Made of polymer peek/Teflon, also come in alloy as well.

Thank you! Really appreciate it! Yes, if I find a good deal on those clamps, I will definitely buy them.

Nice work. Which type of torch did you use in this video? Is oxygen necessary to make this type of job?

I like your work! I ahve been thinking about a solution to this problem. What size flange is this that you have made?

Thanks! It was a DN16 KF Flange. They work quite well but you have to be very careful with the tension of the clamp, otherwise the glass could crack.
So they are not perfect, but work if you don't want to pay for a professional glass flange.

Nifty as heck. I would've wanted something like that a few times.
