I suffer from depression and often struggle to keep myself clean, but this video motivated me. Instead of going to sleep, I took a shower and washed my hair, so thank you so much Lizi, it means a lot to me 🤍
You can do it. Though no one apart yourself may understand the hardship you go through, but every step you take to the better is of great, great value. Sadly the following phrase can be understood by the other people but rarely the person struggling:
"Everyone knows she can do it; the only person thinking she can't is herself."
I trust one day you will overcome your depression, it will be better and better, and you will be able to fully accept this sentence and work with it to get even better.

You sir, have more strengt inside your toe then some people have in their whole body. You may feel bad right now. But when the time comes and you finally feel good again then you're able to say that you won a battle with depression. And lots of people know thats a heavy and hard fight, just so know you are not alone. I have faith in your ability to win this battle!
The way you do these haircuts makes me think you’re a real stylist…like even the way you comb and hold the hair, and the way you use the shears…you look like a professional!

I'm not an ASMR person and i don't plan on being one, but this channel is litterally one of the two only asmr channels i watch and it's more for the fact that i feel like I'm in front of someone actually speaking to them which brings my mind to ease and helps me fall asleep
