hi this is kinda off topic but based on u say u get migraines, smth i found that helped w my migraines (u mightve heard of it but still) is putting a few like. gel ice packs in my pillow case when i slept. also i found wearing sunglasses inside really helpful. idk if theyd help u, or if uve already heard/tried them but still. good luck w migraines!
@yolandathomas-going8609 Mine are hormonal migraines, plus hereditary. I've tried everything, my doc suggested beta blockers which my mum was on for decades, I'd rather not yet. If I catch the start early enough, general paracetamol with codeine can stop a full blown, but if a full blown starts nothing helps. I wish we had a switch on our head, as it comes on 1 side, if I could switch that side off, the other is fine, until it moves to that side after 3'ish days, but I could then turn that off & other on... Bad design 😅
I don't usually like listening to ASMR which have lots of talking session, but Lizi's videos are the only exceptions, everything feels natural. I like how she speaks with normal speed, other ASMRist are whispering and speaking very slowly, i just can't get used to it. Also, I love how it's 360° sound, it gives great experience like I'm in the actual place. Great job, Lizi❤
