Thanks, I needed this after failing 2 onsite back to back. I started making notes on what all they asked me and I can see that I could have answered it in better organized way. Looking forward and learning from mistakes
hey man i used to watch your LC solution videos and just wanted to say your editing skills and overall production quality have improved a ton!
wanna know how!!!
Fantastic video! Really well done 😀
Thanks for your sharing your personal experience to help others competing to find new positions, I'm sure it's a stressful time for everyone.
Great video! And congrats on the plaque 🎉🎉
Great video, got some great insights for my self taught software engineer journey .....Thanks Kevin👍👍
leetcode is not a bike - initial investment is minnimum 4-6 months, and after each job switch 0.5-1 mounths grind is mandatory to refresh
Very nicely said brother 🙏🏻👌🏻
Nice editing... amazing work
Just was declined after a full loop of interviews at a named company. Your content is always grounded but today it was definitely what I needed it hear.
More reps are always a good thing, it's easy to give up on interviewing and improving, just got to lean into the process.
Why does this channel look so much more like a content creator infomercial then an actual job skill channel.
Yeah I just got laid off…sucks to be honest. I’ll take some days off and update my resume and reach out to my network of recruiters and engineers.
Great video!
I like the new editing style
Awesome video! The editing is AMAZING
Thanks!
anytime Carlos! thank YOU for supporting my content and for the super thanks :)
Riding a bike though isn’t the same as knowing patterns in an interview question. It’s not the same league IMHO
Timestamp of Interest 1:42 . Best advice today
it will get better people. don't panic. i was laidoff on november 5 - and i got new job at january 24 . after 9 rejections from other companies. don't stop believe and improving yourself
who will hire me - junior developer
@@iamnoob7593 everyone that is currently employed have been in your shoes when starting. including me. i got rejected 17 times till i got a job as a junior. Don't give up and use every rejection as a learning lesson on what you can improve for the next interview.
Good advices as always, thank you! The question is do you follow yourself your own advices?
Do as he says, not as he does.
Getting a referral, that's the hard part if you don't have any friends in the so called FAANGM companies
Nice video!
Any advice for those just graduating from a bootcamp??
love this guy
i fell riding a bike once... great content as always
thanks fuzz 🤝
Please continue putting your face on every stock photo 😂❤
I recently read a post where Facebook blames the poor performance of their employees. That may be partially true, but at the same time they wasted billions on the lost cause that is the meta verse :D
no idea how to make friends as adult though
network engineer here, just got laid off myself. stay strong everyone!
"You'll be promoted to customer" 😂
common Kevin W
You should view your job like you are a contractor hired to build a fence. Customer flakes, you go to the next customer.
Nay, I will just take a pass on these things and go out to NewYork timesquare 42nd street with my hanky and hit the sack. Legend says you will get around $100/day on a good season.
Good stuff!
But I doubt if you are son of the CEO, you will have equal chance :)
lol correct.
hot take: all big tech should fire all the people on h1b visa and give then 3 months to move out the company and or country
it's been a long time
wow whata timing , might as well start a youtube channel and be independent
there are jobs but laid off googlers need to accept up to 50% paycut
What to do? Never apply for a job there again. Stop placing them on a pedestal. They have clearly shown they do not care about their employees.
It really is a swe landmine rn :/
Google fattening their employees like pigs 🐖 🐖 🐖 for slaughter.
you look like kevin powell's son
Let me guess. They did not save money for a times of loss of income. They still want to maintain a “high life” lifestyle. And they want another job to overpay them. 😆. This can be a comedy skit.
First
Am I tripping or this guy put lipstick 💄 on ?
I don't bulge my eyes neither park my ears what are you talking neither who you are but just tried to grab the fluency level nothing else so don't feel appreciated neither overrated
Change your mental attitude you cost the CEO millions of dollars in bonus ideally you should have resigned when he announced in all hands .
