This is precisely why they nerfed low 70s in the leveling process, this isn't fun for anyone, has nothing to do with him being a DH, my feral at 70-73 was killing bosses before my convoke could finish.
Im quite shocked that cdew doesnt even realize that this is a low level scaling. I seen a level 70 ret doing 8 million and we blasted through 4 dungeons in 23 minutes. He got 2 levels while i got just over 1 and his dmg significantly dropped as we kept going. I think i got 6 levels within 2 hours then the group called it quits.

This is exactly why Blizz nerfed the leveling. Dragonflight gear was letting level 70s out dps level 80s
