I was essentially paralyzed on the left side of my body. Along with some mental side effects. I required intense physical therapy. Before this situation happened I used to walk all the time for fun and exercise, listening to music, audiobooks, etc. however, walking in physical therapy, I could never find anything that would pump me up enough and not too much that I’d get nervous. As after the stroke my nerves are very serious now. When I found this mix, it was perfect! This is my music from my18-21 ages and I listen to this every physical therapy session. And I’m kicking ass and I’ll hopefully be back to normal in a year or two.❤Jeezy, the perfect trap music.
