For itching use vinegar. In a small spray bottle, mix half water and half vinegar,preferably vinegar with the mother, spray in to your and scalp and hair until completely wet, then cover hair with a plastic bag or shower cap and let it sit for a couple of hours then wash. You can use it 2-3 times per week.

​@@deliakingsberry9341I was also wondering how much cloves were added to the mix and what else was added. I just made a clove, hibiscus and Rosemary spray for the first time. I spray my fresh cornrows daily - my hair was trimmed and very healthy two days ago. I guess I will be the "experiment" to see if 1 tbsp of cloves in my mix is damaging.

After applying aloe vera my hair become very dry and tangled it might sound funny but that's my experience it goes as well with cloves.
