Is it safe to do a throw like that on a gym floor? When you watch professional wrestling, it's done on what ia almost a trampoline, so they can do throws fairly safely, but I'm not sure it should be allowed on a hard floor.

@@MidwestWrestle Interesting. Wow, 100 is pretty light for 8th and 9th grade boys. I was 94 entering 6th grade, and was not a big frame and was 5' 0".
