    Hey baby lady UK.
We've had this car seat for our newborn and since she's been (3 weeks) in it were super unhappy with the head and neck support on this model it makes her head fall forward and the midwife has said that could block an airway. I'd love to see a proper newborn in it in a video because it just doesn't seem appropriate. Do you know who the best people to contact are.

Mine moves around when I turn corners. I have pushed in as close to the seat as possible. Could there be an issue with the actual car seat?

Hi Zoe, we would suggest you go back to your retailer and it sounds as if you might need to get this double checked.

    Hi,
I'm trying to find confirmation but can't seem to - can this car seat be fitted with the car's own seat belts or does it require isofix only?
    Thanks

Hi, thanks for your comment. The Mica fits with isofix only.

I want to purchase the newborn insert pads separately, where can I find it?

Hi Hasan, I am sorry the new born pad can't currently be bought without the seat.

Does this work with a 2wayfix isobase from maxicosi?

Hi the Mica has its own base built in so you wont need to use the 2 way base. You can use the 2 way pearl on the 2 way base. we will do a video next week for this.

    Is it meant to wobble?

When installed there might be a little movement but it should not move a lot. You can always contact your retailer and aske them to check this for you.
