We are live with Zuluhed and the Orastrasz fighting over the artifact and- but what's this?!.. It's, it's, BY GOD, THAT'S THE KOBOLD TUNNELER WITH A STEEL CHAIR!
Am I the only one who read that in Jim Ross' voice?
The decoration and terrain on this map is something truly incredible. I've never seen anything like this in Reforged.
I agree
And you never will, because these gorgeous maps are made by fans only, and from Blizzard we can only get one slop after another.
Just saying.
- I need you to go in the cave to retrieve the powerful artifact
- Why can't you do it yourself?
- I can't
- It's because you are fat?
- Yeh
Not because he is fat. Because his hands can't reach his back.( Lorewise Xaxas carry the earth and feel every hit that happened on earth)
The lava boss is like the map listened to the commentary : "Oh, so Jay you don't think boots of speed are good, eh ? Good luck getting runes without burning your feet then"
Also most embarrassing death for a dragon ever, getting killed by a lowly kobold
"You will not keep a hidden cave from me"
Oh my, Jayborino. At least buy some dinner first, maybe some wine.
That Kobold is an honorary member of the Utok Strikeforce.
Or Utok possessed the kobold and the Strike Force carried on to that section of the secret mission.
Alleged "Old Man" Jay pumping out those videos like crazy, very exciting stuff
I love the music.
Actually, so happy to be the part of Warcraft 3 community since I was 8 years old. WHAT A JOURNEY and it doesnt end.
A very old orc and must do the work all by himself...
It reminds me of Cairne Bloodhoof in Warcraft III who was about 100 year old in the game and still had to fight, because nobody among other tauren was as much competent as him.
And it was quite the shame when he died to foul play, old cairne. Old Z, on other hand, it's unknown yet.
Cairne had bothersome bones, Zuluhed's knees are as bothersome... They'd be best friends!
But for real, I do think Cairne and Zuluhed woulda been good friends.
I was hoping there will be 7 rings needed to open the gate. And I was not disappointed.
After all:
"Seven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone"
The stone figurine can heal the goblin mechanical units.
Seems he forgot, lol.
Kobold Tunneler the real hero!
My personal wish is they split this chapter in two and make only the Cavern part a secret mission. Any explanation about what happened during Zuluheds absence can be written on the loading screen.
"It's getting late I am ready for bed" is the most relatable thing you have said
Dude, the Firelands music brings so much memories ❤
4:10 The other Aspects placed a spell on the Dragon/Demon Soul that would prevent Deathwing from using it again, so he needed someone else to use it instead.
Glad someone made this comment, lol.
I know the "Buried with Books" comment was a joke, but it reminded me of the fact that caches of books are still being found in Timbuktu as they were originally buried by the local inhabitants centuries ago to save them from being destroyed when the city was coming under attack by religious zealots.
The other Aspects put a vague spell on the soul so Deathwing couldn't touch it or use it.
5 adds for such a phase, they're weirdly too tanky especially when they focus Zuluhed most of the time
Hehe, that was funny (the falling cart scene). Firelord boss battle is like the others, an exercise in patience and timing. It is not the last time old z will participate in a boss fight (2 more I think, in one he's throwing you the runes).
The handover segment is Zuluhed's 4d chess move, I believe. To elaborate, he suspected that the artifact wouldn't be able to control queen al for long and she'd be very very angry when she gets free - so he wisely gave it up to nekros so HE suffers the dragons' wrath instead :P
Hurray for old Z! And now we get to see Tharbek in action. There is one more cpt/demi hero however he's usable only once, later.
Now steel yourselves, this one will be a doozy, folks.
Missed out by not using the cart to return to Goblin Town, lol.
Your experience with the Firelord fight does in fact match my own. While the project as a whole is fantastic, that particular fight seems to be very poorly designed.
Outsider xe struggled with this segment too.
I looked up Wtii playing it after I finished and he killed it before it teleported at all LMAO I felt so stupid
@@JayborinoPlaysI get the feeling that was because he's playing on Story difficulty rather than Hard mode. Not only did the Firelord take WAY more damage (probably had a lot less health), he entered the same add phase that triggered the teleport for you, but didn't actually teleport. And also summoned fewer adds in the process.
@@JayborinoPlays Possible collab sometime(edit to add: with wtii, that is)?
@@JayborinoPlaysspeaking of WTii, did you notice that he lent his voice to the greedy magistrate of Hillsbrad?
the Lorebooks say the Demon Soul (former Dragon Soul) got magic Protection so Deathwing cant use it, might answer why he cant get it
Unfortunately for spell immunes, the ability doesn't say "bonk immunity" so bash works just fine
The Black Dragon is obviously Deathwing himself
Yeah. Jay mouse him in the end
@@MadridistaFrieren Yeah lol
You forgot to use the totem ( items that heals and gives armor)
whenver you need to edit campaign buttons always same the campaign as a new one( don't overwrite the original) since items are stored are in profile if you then play the fixed version the items will carry
and yes bash works on magic immune units
Poor Progaderas just can't catch a break! 😔
Three Rings for the Elven-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Man doomed to die,
One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne,
In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.
One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them,
One Ring to bring them all, and in darkness bind them,
In the Lands of Mordor where the Shadows lie.
49:30 I think these are powered by magic since they’re basically animated stone
At first I thought the Fire Elemental's name was Karl the Everburning instead of Kar. It would've been funnier if he was just Karl.
23:43 yeah if the kobold is here you probably can use it to bait an Devour out of the big lizard (when the AI decides to cast Devour it will chase the kobold around and you can take advantage of that)
Didn't the figurine that looks like the venus of willendorf heal mechanical units?
Omg that donkey kong country talk 🤣🤣🤣🤣
50:34 strange, I thought the healing spray spell of the alchemist hero can heal mechanical units; was that changed in the game or was that changed specifically in this campaign?
Yeah 56:55 that’s how that spell usually works. It doesn’t work on units that are spell immune though 58:02
We need to name the kolbot and write a story of what happened to him after the tunnels. 😊
28:48 are lava spawns considered air units or what? Why can they go up cliffs?
Maybe I am wrong, but shouldn't Deathwing be armorless for now? He only got the armor after Alexztrasha was already enslaved in Day of the Dragon book.
As someone who is generally confused about things, let me tell you: I don't know.
He was armoured in WC2... Look up the Deathwing WC2 icon.
According to the wowpedia wiki, he got armored up back before even the first war.
His armor was damaged in DotD and he then replaced it with I believe Saronite to make it stronger. Or I believe that was the lore at one point. I could be misremembering or it could have been retconned though.
That was a rough boss fight 🤕
*sad GiantGrantGames noises for dropping boots of speed*
21:54 perfectly cut scream

48:28 interesting how the ghosts are labeled as “unholy” instead of “undead”. Is “undead” not even a concept at this point or what? (Since the first death knight wasn’t even created yet)
Is Tharbek supposed to be the Warcraft 1 'player'?
That is Orgrim Doomhammer
You are the Dragon Queen
Old and sweet
Several thousans teens
Dragon Queen
Feel the beat from the Demon Soul, oh yeah
You can scream
You can beg
Not having the time of your life
Ooh, see that orc
Watch that scene
Torturing the Dragon Queen
OH nice les go GG M8
Kobold Tunneler god 😂
I find it funny how the dragonmaw clan was called that before they actually even met, much less controlled dragons.
They had wolves on Draenor before they invaded Azeroth
Current lore has it that their name in Orcish is "Nelghor-shomash", which translates more as "Cry of the Beasts". The term in Orcish used to refer to Rylaks was later applied to Dragons as well.
It's like the Blackrock Clan that randomly happened to find a place called Blackrock Spire.
And yet they all speak english
@@elonweintraub9758Draenor had its own Blackrock in Gorgrond too
Kobold OP!
Iirc, Deathwing couldn't touch the Dragon Soul cause he never donated his own power into the object. So he is very vulnerable to it
He's actually _invulnerable_ to it, as Nekros discovers to his short-lived discontent in the Day of the Dragon novel.
However, the _other_ Aspects used their powers after the War of the Ancients to make sure that he'd no longer be able to wield it.
@@FlinnGaidin ah, that part always gets jumbled up to me. Thanks for the clarification. Dragon Lore in Warcraft gets really messy
@@leandraferesthogar7249 all of Warcraft lore is a big mess, not just the dragons, so it's perfectly understandable 😜
@FlinnGaidin not helped by Blizzard's lack of commitment
2:18 is this why BLM was founded?
Absolutely underrated comment. It's a crime to see you down here with so few likes.
I love classic version warcraft not this 🙎🤦
Who asked
I mean this is classic Warcraft. World of Warcraft came way after and got shitty once they no longer were tying up the plot points from WC3. And while this particular mission isn’t in 2 the lore exists and I personally think it’s something we should have got to play through or at least know about in more depth.
28:13 Wow the heroic air elemental decides to self-immolate to protest the (upcoming) orcish enslavement of the red dragonflight, in which he no longer decides to be complicit in. Respect🫡
