I ran restaurants for 20 years every day the servers/bussers had side work, every two weeks we did a deep clean which meant emptying out all the fryer oil’s taking everything apart spraying it down etc.

I Moved to Vegas in 2018 and I left 5 Months later the apt I was in was full of roaches and they lied about hiring a pear control company I broke my lease and threatened to sue them and call all the local news stations they let me out of it with no problem , I brought my ass back to Cali
The owner of the Stewart market is full of crap. Last I checked, pest thrive where they have a food source. They couldn't care less the age of the building. Clean your store up and spare us the excuses.

I used to go there when I was a child . My brother and I would get the bologna with the red strip on the edge. My grandma and Uncle would get liverwurst. And my mom would get the salami and fresh Italian sausage on the links. That was 36 years ago
