What does Eleanor mean by a 1/2 square and a 1/4 square triangle for the ribbon border? What size is the square? They look like parellograms.

The sight is hard to use, just now ordered the 6 inch strip, and they are sending 2, for an extra 100 bucks, and I can’t change it. I’m so frustrated with this sight

I was given some dies as gifts last year will my 1 1/2 inch die is damaged and I let the Co know and sent pitchers but I just got the run around it was a gift and I got a few dies that day so long story short if you get a die for a gift from any of your family or friends you need to ask them for a order# I know it.s rude to ask any one who gives you a gift oh were did you get it from do you have a receipt do you have a order number because if you don't will you are out of luck I spent 4 days with them and all they would say is I'm sorry we need a order number to do any thing even tho they had pitchers and agreed that it was not right I have spent a lot of money with them a you would think that they would stand by there product I's sorry for this comment but I am so disappointed with this whole thing .
