Is the 32gb max ram available for this model on all regions ( South East Asia)? Tried asking hp customer support but they just said rams are typically soldered. Planning to buy one but if its soldered its not worth it.
There are two ram slots. You can upgrade to 32gb

How about telling people max ram it can take, can we add another hard drive and can it be SSD, video upgrade or is it integrated. I think that would be more relevant information to a bigger viewing audience.

You can add second 2.5" hdd/ssd, but you have to buy sata cable separately. Part number is M75893-001.
