In last weeks In-Force Advancement Group's weekly workshop one of the PC to Sgt candidates had a go at answering this question:
'How will you drive and improve Professional Standards?'

The first attempt at an answer felt more like a Wishlist, however, when you put the, 'Why, How, What' model against it, the answer became awesome on several levels.
