Im using this for the past 6months They're using Very worst cheap parts & poor after sales support from the manufacturer charger has gone within 4 month period tyre & brake shoes are replaced within 8000 kms. They've to improve a lot. Still it's under R& T condition only. They're assurance everything is lie. People has to thing well before wasting money.

1.Im using flio plus for 6 months , battery draining very badly, cannot use 2 and 3 rd mode anytime it drain and becomes dry.
2.Even after switching off key battery will drain.
3.We need to off the mcb switch under the seat, only then charge can be stored.
4. Balance battery percentage is showing incorrect value
5. Bad service, no response for above 4 queries

No it doesn't have fame 2 subsidy, only for few of the initiative ev bikes subsidys are given.
Currently government doesn't provide any subsidy for these models
