Not interested in such a slow lens, but that built in lens cap is genius! I mean my 26mm 2.8 for my Nikon ZF is just slightly bigger. But it’s also quite a bit more expensive so that lens could be very appealing.
I have emailed Viltrox about this issue. There will be a firmware update. I updated to the current latest firmware 1.5. It still doesn't work on my NEX-6 either.
@@RobTrek Thanks for responding and reaching out to Viltrox. Your video was the only one that had it mounted on an NEX6 so I was confident it would work when I purchased it on Indiegogo.
@@Righ7turn My NEX has been sitting on the shelf for years. It was working the last time I used it. I ordered some new batteries for it and hopefully viltrox will fix this issue soon.
Hey, I'm interested in buying an umbrella, I'd like to take portraits. I have an Olympus em10 like you and a speedlight tt350o. I'd like to take portraits with Rembrandt's light. I'd like to know if the Godox UB-85W umbrella with a diffuser would be good? I'm also interested in versatility, so that I can take pictures of 3 people outdoors. There's also a 105 cm version instead of 85, but it'll probably be too big for this lamp and not suitable for Rembrandt. I also want to buy the Godox Backdrop CBA-TA0015 and take portraits in a vintage style. Of course, it's all for hobby purposes, but I want the effect to be as professional as possible for little money. Could you test this umbrella? Thanks in advance for your answer. Best regards

Fits the NEX6 nicely. I'd like to see the sliding cap replaced with a sliding ND filter. Would make a nice pocketable video camera.
wish someone make a modd kit to do the ND filter slide

It should. I don't have a a6000 to test.
