    This is a terrific video! The explanations of the folding techniques are so clear and concise. You have taken the mystery out of how to do the different folds. Also, the portion of the video dedicated to coloring the book folded art, is the best by far. Thank you for a fantastic tutorial. Please keep the videos coming.

      Thank you so much for the Wonderful comment! I truly appreciate the feedback. Is there a particular technique or project you'd like to see explained in a video? - Diana

    Great video... as usual. Lot of great information. Have you ever colored the entire edges of the book BEFORE you cut/mark/fold?

      Thanks so much! I did one where I colored it with gold first. But, I do have on my "to do" project list a book with a brightly colored edging and then the fold. Stay tuned!

    Remind me what it means when there is a double mark - in the same place- like 9.6 and 9.6

    • @CraftedSweetly
      @CraftedSweetly  Месяц назад

      I usually add .1 to the second one unless there’s a 9.7 already, then I subtract .1 from the first

    Do all cut and folds have the 180 fold? Even if it doesn't call for it, should you do it?

    • @CraftedSweetly
      @CraftedSweetly  2 года назад +1

      No, all cut and folds do not have a 180. It's up to you. A 180 will bulk up the book and I think it gives it a nice finished edge, but definitely not necessary.

      @@CraftedSweetly I can’t figure out how to or where to put the reference line and the line where you fold to? Does that make any sense?

    • @CraftedSweetly

      @@pamelasertich9850 I'm not sure what reference line you're referring to. Can you clarify??

    I have a folding book with letter M, plese let me know how to colour it. Thank you

    • @CraftedSweetly
      @CraftedSweetly  2 года назад

      It depends on what kind of folding you did. If it's a MMF, then you would have use a marker. If it's a cut and fold, you can use a marker or tape colored washi tape where you want it colored. If it's a cut and fold with a 180 fold, you can color with cardstock or with marker. I have coloring techniques in my videos - please see there for more detailed instructions.
