Well, I really like about this channel besides the skilled craftsmanship. You’re always working your tail off and at the same time you enjoy what you do because you’re always having fun while doing it! My favorite channel I watch.

The fact that you will invest the time to do rust repair is impeccable. My first thought is for you to get you a young'un to train to do things the right way. As in the skills to keep our cars as original as possible. We can always BUY a car but the skills to build and modify are something you can't buy. So get one now and train early!

    • @petezappa8748

I think a lot of it is actually natural ability too. Teaching youngins is great but only a few have the eye for it.

Woooooo close call on that hydraulic break! Them things will get ya. Not the blade part but when it bends and levers the metal up it'll pinch ya. My partner had on gloves and the metal caught the glove so he couldn't let go and pinched the top of his ring finger off and it popped off like a zit. I was right there standing next to him watching and when he pulled off his glove the tip of his finger was still in the glove so I grabbed the piece of finger out of the glove put it in ice and we went to the ER and they sewed it back on but it didn't take and turned black so they ended up taking it back off, so now he has a stubby. I pinched my index finger once didn't come off but flattened it pretty good. Man was that painful, still hurts 20 years later. 😉✌

Man !! There's something seriously wrong with that Chad guy . Ian Rousseau , I think , is more of an artist than an actual car guy . He seems to like doing nasty work ...just so a body shop somewhere can pour 50 cans of Bondo on it to give it a shape . In the end his cars come out looking okay , but what will they look like after a small crash ?

I know the LS motors are easy to come by , have more than enough power , but the size of the engine/transmission , to me , would an issue . That 6 ( looks like a 250 ) in Al's 35 Chevy would get it done for me . By the way , the 35 is chopped just right , and a lot stronger than new . I hope to see it finished one day . Thanks for posting the work , I hope it's paying off for you . Orale Carapilla !
