But again people, Stefan is a well Professional Data Analyst not just someone who just recently started working in IT. So do not be deceived by the title in order to attract such positions you need to have some special traits and capabilities in order for the client to pay you that amount of money.

I didn't hear anything related to the 300k that you made for 2 years :) How did you end up with the 2 big clients, how do you deal with them, what's the relationship you maintain with them, etc. That's more that I expected instead of a generic how to improve my linkedin profile
Hi Stefanovic, I just came across your video and upon looking at several vids of yours, I've enjoyed your work and the difference you are making in the lives of thousands of people around the world. Kindly help me with tips on how I can legitimately make money online in Ghana, Africa. Thank you 🙏
How many years of experience would you say it's "good enough" to have a legit chance at being sucessful at freelancing as a Data Analyst or similar? Just landed my first job as a DA 4 months ago :) Great vid!
Depends a bit on your skillstack and the country you’re applying in. But realistically 2 years can be enough. I have an AI engineer in my mastermind that went straight intro freelancing after graduating. So basically 0 years of experience

Hey Stephen, thank you for all the great info youve been giving. My question for you, I have a data analyst but i dont have experience working for a company. I only did projects for students and some personal projects with sql, python, R. Do you think I have a chance too in doing what you're doing as well? I would be greatful if you Answer me. Thanks in advance
You don't need company experience. You just need a portfolio of projects showing your skills and that you are competent. It looks like you have that, so that's what you would show your prospective clients or employers if you go that route for your experience. Companies put skill and competence above most things for certain positions. In another comment I explained a friend of mine worked for a company for 1 year in a job that he didn't go to school for, wanted to work for a major tech company, so he spent 6 months created his own projects and finding solutions with his skills to create a portfolio. He sent these along with his resume and had multiple interviews at these different companies and now has been working at amazon headquarters for 8 years. Basically zero experience, but had a portfolio to show his competence.
I would really like to have the chance to talk with you 1-1, face to face or VIA internet, I do really appreciate the content tha you are posting, I admit that I m knew here, but I watched 4-5 videos of yours and the quality of information from your videos it s prices less, nowadays it s extremely hard to find something like that honestly!
Quick tip/advice, recommend them first - give before taking. Also some of these managers are very busy, you may loosely suggest a recommendation yourself - ie write the recommendation you want them to give you, send it over and suggest that something along these lines would be great. 4/5 of them will use it and you will get your recommendation in a few hours.
Hi, I'm from Brazil 🇧🇷 Which freelance websites are the easiest to find clients on? Here in Brazil, there are websites that are really bad even for creating a profile.
I have a friend that got his masters in mathematics. He worked for a company doing sort of data analyst work. Hated it and wanted to work for one of the big companies like facebook, amazon, google, etc. With minimal experience and not necessarily talented, he used his skills to create a portfolio to send to these companies. He completely made up project ideas and then executed them. So he soon had a portfolio showing real life problems or projects, and how he found solutions to those with his skills. He has been working at Amazon headquarters for 8 years now making a lot more money. So I would do that and create your own portfolio showing your skills. Think of relevant ideas or problems in the space you want to get into and find solutions to them. You don't need to work for a company for skill experience. You just need to show you know what you're doing.
As a fresher without experience, Can I start freelancing in Data Analysis or first I have to gain Industry experience in data analysis field? I know advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Machine Learning, and Deep learning. Also studied MSc in AI in the UK. I am currently looking for a Data Analysis Job in the UK.
it's possible to go straight into freelancing. But I would recommend to get a "regular" job first and then start looking around actively after 1 year already. With your skillstack it's just a matter of time
I'm so tired of this data analysts guru lol. Only click bait material. How about actually saying what free lancing as data analyst really is? There is no way to freelance "on your own with no experience". No company or small company will have any kind of data infrastructure at all, probably it's just piles of excel files with 0 useful columns and you will need to create a whole etl on aws for them just so that you can have data to actually do something with. Also if you have 0 business knowledge on the company your analysis is useless.
@@Stefanovic92 I just hate these fake contents because they take away time from people who actually need to sit down and work their way up the data ladder, and stop watching click bait like this, or the Alex guy, or the countless others. This video is basically just how to setup your LinkedIn account, can you show what to actually do when freelancing? Saying "do data analysis" is just trying to sound cool without giving any proper or real life advise. The best way to start learning how to actually do data analysis is by working as one and build yourself from there.
