Hi Oyinda, thank you for the pointers. To get you clear, are you saying we can only use the highest degree rather than using both degrees?

Yes you can use your highest degree which is your masters I suppose or PhD but if you are claiming two degree not registering for Wes like ur masters is your highest degree you will have to use both. Eg OND and BSC (you will use both). If it’s just masters then u r fine. By the way my first name is Bridget. Thank you for watching and subscribing name sake🥰

I don’t have my masters and I’m 26 - Do I have a high chance of getting my PR ?
With the current Express Entry scores, if you don’t even have a PHD or experience in Canada or school in Canada you can’t get up to 500+ that the scores are at currently. Except of course if they pick occupation draw and you qualify to be in one of the jobs in demand I will suggest you go through the Ircc website to see all that entails

I have academic IELT.. Should I write the general one before I can apply??
You need to do General that’s what’s accepted for PR if that’s what you want to apply for
Can one apply as single when married?
And how can you add your spouse later?
If you are married you can’t apply as single. It’s falsification because you already have a marriage certificate saying you are already married. I wasn’t married when I submitted my application as a single.

Hello sis. Thank you for this detailed video. Please, i want my husband to apply because he has better chances as per work experience and he has an ond and a bsc. I have only bsc. He is 39 and im 36. Does it really matter?
So sis, age is a big factor in applying for PR. Age has its own score and once you are above 30 you cannot get the maximum points. It reduces by 5 and more than 35 reduces again by 5. Pls check IRCC website so you can understand what I mean

Hi good evening, please for the ielts and wes, did you do it alone and it covered for the two of you or you did it with your spouse? And is it only one person that will apply for the PR and it covers for the family?
When I applied it was just me I was single. So that means only me gets to do IELTS and WES cos it’s family of 1 if you are married both of you have to do WES and IELTS……I got married after submitting my application so my husband didn’t need to do any of those because I had already submitted my application and gotten ITA so he just got added without needing any of those…. Do you understand??

Can one apply by using work experience from internship??do they need a document to prove ur work experience,I really want to relocate with my son.or can study visa allow me to relocate with my son please?? which one is the best
Study visa can let you relocate with your son yeah just that you need d right documentation please check IRCC page.
Also any work experience must be shown with a reference letter. Internship that is a paid one can also be used and just weigh ur options after reading through and also pray for Gods guidance for which one is d best for u
can one submit with a bachelors like in june then when you graduate in december you ugrade?
Yes you can but y not just wait and evaluate all the degrees together

I just want to know the other certification bodies that verify other courses coz I read law and I opened an acct with WES.
IQAS is another one and I think law people mostly use this it calculates your LLb as masters degree

Professional degree too can pass, if not your scores will be low
Which means the writing part is necessary
All parts are necessary
Please which one is skill transferability
Skills you can use for any job eg communication skills, interpersonal skills and all.
Thank you for sharing this information, however why did you do a remarking? Was it that you score wasn't well marked at first?

So I remarked cos I scored 6.5 in writing and I didn’t feel that it was marked rightly so I remarked and the score changed to 7.0. The remarking help shoot my score up too because that 0.5 made a huge difference in my express entry score. However, not everyone get the grace to remark and get a new score. God worked it all out in my favour

Thank youuuu for this concise story, Mrs. Alao. 😊😇 How did you pay for your WES Evaluation, please? Times have changed 😔 And at what point do you have to start building the proof of funds in your account before the ITA, please?
U pay with Dollar card Naira card can’t pay online. Just get Dolar card from bank. So I didn’t build proof of funds. I used deed of gift(it’s a letter stating my mum dashed me all the money and don’t have claim to it) deed of gift allows the money to enter a week before and that’s what I did. The money was in my acct a week to submission of my application that’s after ITA but if you want you can go ahead and send your money from now to build your account. Read up deed of gift to see what I’m talking about
Can I use a WES (ECA educational purposes) if i already paid for it or is it possible to switch to standard ( for immigration)

So it’s your work experience you will claim as NOC not what you studied

Sometimes it takes long but I suggest you reach out to them to find out what is wrong it might be verification from your school that is taking longer

Hi..please did you add your husband’s surname to your name before submitting to IRCC?
No, I used my maiden name. Fun fact🤣 I’ve still not changed my name to my husbands name. My Pr card and other documents still bears my name. Ircc doesn’t care. Just make sure the marriage is legit and have documents. Name change is not their priority

I also have experience as a teacher but I currently work as a customer representative now. How does the work experience work please?
First, I don’t have a beginner group on WhatsApp cos once u get to a new level you move to a new whatsap group. I will say google nairaland express entry because that has all the stages. Cos the stage of WhatsApp I am in right now r people who are in canada and m sure that won’t be so much help for u. U have to be in canada to be in the current group. For your work experience, it really doesn’t have anything to do with your course of study. I studied communication and I was teaching English. Just make sure the work experience is valid
