I live in Canada, and our Walmart is sort of similar to the USA's. Watching this video made me realize how much processed foods we eat in North America. It's not healthy.

原本我也受到影響，但如今己盡量戒食甜食和糕餅，連有氣及帶甜飲料也戒除，反而重歸中國式飲食。
