34 days of my waterfast. I cook for my son and my husband. Food doesnt bother me. InshsAllah im doing 40 days, i have 6 days to go, so Tuesday next week will be my refeed day with broth and kefir for the first 10 days at least. I like all the meal prep in your vlog, it looks filling. I do meal preps as well, but my son and hubby like to eat different everyday. But that doesnt bother me bc i like to eat similar foods to stay on track.
Jazakhallah sis, this couldn't have come at a better time because I really need to have a healthy eating plan. Ive not been watching what I eat for months now and im feeling heavy and lethargic. Im due to start full time work again in a couple of weeks and we're a very busy family of 6 MashaAllah, so this video has come at the best time. Wish me luck that I can stick to a plan..for more than a couple of weeks atleast Insha'Allah!
Asalamu alaykum. Just some advice for eating healthy, don’t use vegetable oils as they’re highly processed and proven to be bad for you. Instead use coconut oil or olive oil. Avoid refined sugar completely and instead you can use gur or raw honey is a good option. But overall nice recipes! Allahumma barik. May Allah make it easy for u
One other thing, there’s a misconception that fat is bad for you. If it’s natural, from meat or avocado for example then it’s good for you. Your body needs fat and speaking from experience it’s helped me lose a lot of fat Alhamdulillah😁 the fat we should avoid is fat from ultra processed foods/oils
