Reminds me of my first build on a budget a couple of years ago. Ryzen 5 2600 PNY GTX 1660 OC Single-Fan Gigabyte A320M Motherboard 16GB Silicon Power 3200MHz RAM 500GB WD Blue M.2 SSD Some $40 Fractal case that did the minimum job to hold the components - came with an intake fan and an exhaust fan if I remember correctly Paid total almost exactly $600 after taxes and shipping, and this was right when GPU prices were starting to skyrocket. I remember the 1660 went from around $200 at the time (what I paid) up to literally over $600 or $700 for just the card within two weeks of my purchase. If you're a savvy buyer, PC gaming is affordable, at least now. Just temper your expectations, do your research, and combine deal-hunting with well-matched parts. Even with a budget build, once you get into PC gaming, there's no going back. Very nice build; love to see budget-restricted builds that don't resort to several-generations old parts, and everything here was brand-new and matched well. It's too bad you couldn't do much better than the 6500XT for this setup, but it makes sense and hopefully the GPU side of the industry improves sooner rather than later 😅
I have to disagree that the 500gb M.2 SSD is large enough for everyday use, and here's why; that "C" drive will eventually get filled-up even if you don't load anything on it but the Windows operating system. Even when you use a separate HDD/SSD drive to load your programs and games onto, parts of almost every program you use off-loads small parts of itself to the "C" drive. Eventually, it will fill it. Even "Disk Cleanup" will only save you for so long. What I did on a 500gb M.2 SSD was only load Windows, Office, Nortons antivirus. That leaves plenty of room for the day-to-day "C" drive bloat that occurs during usage. Put everything else on a secondary HDD/SSD. I say the minimum M.2 SSD you should consider for gaming is 1tb. And that's the minimum. If building a system, go for 2tb M.2 SSD. 1tb is $70 and 2tb is $120. It just makes sense. Believe me, when it comes to storing your data, think big. You'll need it!
500gb is more than enough for everyday uses... I have a separate SSD for game storages but every other programs and files goes onto a 500gb M.2 SSD... And there still plenty of space left. Been using it daily for almost 5 years now.
Hi, Sorry for the delayed response. I've been on hiatus but, Like the terminator. "I'm Back". A 650W PSU is absolutely enough and, a 3600 will absolutely keep up with that GPU but, if you can swing it a 5600 is roughly 10-15% which can be noticeable depending on the application and, with games becoming more and more CPU dependent that newer chip will last probably an extra year or two on it's usable life span. Damn bro, not bad
I love how you trashed the 6500xt but still ended up using it!
I don’t like the product honestly. I wish it was more for what you pay for it but, for the price there isn’t a better option if you’re buying new
I'm going to try and build my first pc with the sane stuff
I really like your build I’m actually using the same case for my first build in this video

i just wanna play roblox, fortnite and warframe at 60 fps 💀💀
What kind of graphics card cause I’m gonna build it for streaming work for the motherboard?
are u changed the fan? like be quiet dark pro?
Why "chiep"?! Good case.
Good advise thanks well explained 👍
dont buy this case if you have the ASUS TUF Gaming Z790-Plus WiFi D4 LGA 1700, the case blocks the sata connectors on the back of motherboard
Can the HDD bracket be removed ?
yes
drop the background music. I like your guide.
Done
Hy guys, i have a question, is 650 w supply enough for rx 6600 and is 5600 overkill or 3600 is enugh. For a month i try to cut price down...
